Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Manager role based in Riyadh. The Information Technology Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Arib’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, endpoints, and cloud environments.
• This role will manage day-to-day IT operations, ensure system reliability and security, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support business-critical applications and platforms.
• The Information Technology Manager will supervise and mentor IT team members, manage vendors and service providers, and ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards.
• The role will also contribute to technology roadmaps, lead improvement projects, and support incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong background in IT infrastructure and operations, including networks, servers, cloud services, end-user devices, and system administration.
• Proficiency in IT security practices such as access control, vulnerability management, data protection, endpoint security, and incident response.
• Experience managing business applications and platforms, with the ability to coordinate deployments, integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated skills in IT governance, including documentation, policies and procedures, asset management, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities, including team supervision, performance management, and mentoring.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
• Experience working with financial services, fintech, or regulated environments is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, CCNA, Azure/AWS) are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, prioritize multiple initiatives, and operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
