Job Role:

We are seeking a qualified M&V Specialist to support commercial and industrial energy efficiency and demand-side management projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Measurement & Verification (M&V) plans, conducting energy analysis, verifying energy savings, and supporting sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review Measurement & Verification (M&V) plans in accordance with IPMVP.
• Conduct site inspections and collect field data.
• Install, configure, and retrieve metering and data collection equipment.
• Analyze energy consumption data and verify project savings.
• Perform baseline and post-implementation assessments.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate and manage multiple energy efficiency projects.
• Support quality assurance and technical review activities.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, building science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Measurement & Verification methodologies and IPMVP.
• Experience with HVAC systems, energy management, renewable energy, or building performance analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• CMVP certification is preferred.
