Role Overview

We are seeking a Cybersecurity System Operator to support the day-to-day operation of cybersecurity environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring security systems, investigating incidents, managing alerts, and ensuring the continuous protection of critical healthcare infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage cybersecurity solutions including SIEM, EDR, Firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, Antivirus, and Proxy platforms.
• Analyze, investigate, classify, and respond to security alerts and incidents.
• Escalate incidents in accordance with established incident response procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and system owners during incident investigations and remediation activities.
• Perform threat monitoring, threat hunting, and security event analysis.
• Create and maintain SIEM use cases, correlation rules, and detection content.
• Handle cybersecurity-related service requests and user support activities.
• Monitor compliance with organizational cybersecurity standards and controls.
• Process and track incidents reported through regulatory and cybersecurity authorities.
• Prepare incident reports, operational dashboards, and monthly security summaries.
• Support system maintenance, upgrades, and continuous improvement of security operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SOC Operations, Cybersecurity Monitoring, or Incident Response.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms and security monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of security operations, threat detection, and incident management.
• Experience with EDR, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Antivirus, and endpoint security technologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

• CEH
• CySA+
• GCIH
• SC-200
• Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, or Microsoft Sentinel Certifications
