تعلن Honeywell عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس مشاريع متقدم (Advanced Project Engineer) في السعودية، للسعوديين فقط، للعمل على أنظمة الأمن والتيار المنخفض والصوت والمرئي (Security, LC & AV).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم قيادة عالية المستوى وإشراف تقني للمشاريع المعقدة التي تشمل أنظمة الأمن (Security) والتيار المنخفض (LC) والصوت والمرئي (AV).
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط مشاريع شاملة، وضمان التوافق مع مواصفات العميل وقيود الميزانية والمتطلبات الزمنية عبر جميع الأنظمة المتكاملة.
- إجراء تحليل متقدم للميزانية وهندسة القيمة وتقييم التكلفة والعائد للحلول المتكاملة للأمن والتيار المنخفض والصوت والمرئي، وتحديد فرص التحسين وتوفير التكاليف.
- قيادة تطوير ونشر أفضل العمليات والإجراءات والأدوات الهندسية لضمان التميز في التشغيل والتوحيد القياسي والتحسين المستمر لجميع مراحل المشروع.
- تحديد وتقييم وتخفيف المخاطر المتعلقة بأنظمة الأمن والتيار المنخفض والصوت والمرئي بشكل استباقي، ووضع خطط طوارئ قوية.
- دفع جهود تصميم النظام وهندسته، وضمان التكامل والتوافق السلس بين تقنيات الأمن والتيار المنخفض والصوت والمرئي المتنوعة.
- إدارة جداول المشاريع والمعالم الرئيسية وتخصيص الموارد، وضمان تسليم المشروع في الوقت المحدد وبكفاءة مع التركيز على الانحراف الإيجابي وأداء الفريق.
- توجيه وإدارة فرق الهندسة المبتدئة، وتعزيز النمو الفني وضمان الالتزام بمعايير المشروع وأفضل الممارسات.
- تقديم إشراف تقني عالي المستوى وتوجيه للعملاء في الموقع لأنظمة الأمن والتيار المنخفض والصوت والمرئي المتكاملة.
- قيادة المناقشات التقنية واجتماعات التنسيق في الموقع، وحل التحديات التقنية المعقدة ومخاوف أصحاب المصلحة بفعالية.
- تطوير وتقديم برامج تدريبية شاملة لطواقم العمل الفنية والتشغيلية لدى العميل حول استخدام وصيانة الأنظمة المتكاملة.
- الإشراف على عمليات تسليم النظام وضمان القبول النهائي من العميل لجميع مخرجات المشروع، بما يضمن الرضا التام.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة الإلكترونيات أو علوم الحاسب أو أي مجال تقني وثيق الصلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في هندسة المشاريع مع أدوار قيادية بارزة في أنظمة الأمن والتيار المنخفض والصوت والمرئي المتكاملة.
- خبرة مثبتة في مراجعة واعتماد المخططات التفصيلية المعقدة والمواصفات الفنية وهياكل الأنظمة للمشاريع متعددة التخصصات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة واسعة مع مجموعة واسعة من أنظمة Honeywell للأمن، بما في ذلك التحكم في الدخول وكاميرات المراقبة وكشف التسلل وأنظمة التحكم الميدانية المرتبطة.

Advanced Project Engineer (Security & LC/AV)
Role and Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level leadership and technical oversight for complex projects encompassing Security, Low Current (LC), and Audio Visual (AV) systems.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with client specifications, budget constraints, and schedule requirements across all integrated systems.
- Conduct advanced budget analysis, value engineering, and cost-benefit assessments for integrated Security, LC, and AV solutions, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
- Lead the development and deployment of best-in-class engineering processes, procedures, and tools to ensure commissioning excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement for all project phases.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to Security, LC, and AV systems, developing robust contingency plans.
- Drive system design and engineering efforts, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability between diverse security, LC, and AV technologies.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery with a focus on positive deviation and team performance.
- Mentor and manage junior engineering teams, fostering technical growth and ensuring adherence to project standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in project engineering, with significant leadership roles in integrated Security, LC, and AV systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in reviewing and approving complex shop drawings, technical specifications, and system architectures for multi-disciplinary projects.
- Extensive experience with a wide range of Honeywell Security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, and associated field control systems.
- Proven ability to interpret and ensure strict compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NFPA, local security regulations, AVIXA standards).
- Advanced experience in configuring, commissioning, and troubleshooting complex integrated systems, including server-side software and front-end applications.
- Strong background in system design development, including network architecture, power distribution, and signal flow for converged Security, LC, and AV platforms.
- Competency in advanced calculations, including battery sizing, voltage drop, audio coverage, video resolution, and network bandwidth requirements.
- Provide senior-level technical supervision and guidance to customers on-site for integrated Security, LC, and AV systems.
- Lead technical discussions and site coordination meetings, effectively resolving complex technical challenges and stakeholder concerns.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for customer technical and operational staff on the use and maintenance of integrated systems.
- Oversee system handover processes and secure final customer acceptance for all project deliverables, ensuring complete satisfaction.
