We are hiring Organizational Excellence Specialist to join one of our major clients based in Riyadh, KSA.

Job Location - Riyadh, KSA

Job Type - 6 months & extendable

Senior Organizational Excellence professional with deep, hands on expertise in national and international excellence frameworks, particularly King Abdulaziz Quality Award (KAQA) and EFQM. The role requires practical experience across the full excellence lifecycle - from organizational self-assessment through excellence roadmap development and involvement / support in award participation / submissions.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 8-12 years of professional experience in Organizational / Institutional Excellence (EFQM and KAQA).

Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Proven, hands on experience with KAQA and EFQM, including:

• Structuring, leading and conducting organizational self assessments against KAQA / EFQM criteria

• Identifying excellence strengths, and improvement opportunities

• Developing excellence roadmaps, including prioritized initiatives aligned to framework criteria

• Developing and reviewing excellence documentation including KAQA / EFQM submission files (incl. evidence narratives and criterion-level justifications)

• Experience in establishing / running Quality and Excellence functions, including designing the Excellence and Quality strategy, operating models, etc.

• Advanced skills in writing, reviewing, and synthesizing excellence deliverables / content (PowerPoint presentations and Word documents) in both Arabic and English.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated experience engaging executive and senior leadership, facilitating workshops, and clearly articulating findings and recommendations.

• Formal EFQM or KAQA training, certification, or assessor exposure

• Management consulting or advisory background within public sector or large enterprise environments, preferably in KSA
