تسعى شركة ARIS، المتخصصة في تحليلات العمليات الذكية، إلى تعيين مستشار أول / مستشار في مجال إدارة العمليات وتحليلات العمليات (BPM & Process Mining) للانضمام إلى فريق الخدمات الاحترافية في مقر الشركة بالرياض. سيلعب المرشح الناجح دورًا محوريًا في تنفيذ مبادرات تحول العمليات التجارية باستخدام منصة ARIS، بما يشمل نمذجة العمليات، وتحليلات العمليات، وأتمتة سير العمل، وإعداد التقارير ولوحات المعلومات، وحوكمة العمليات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تحليل العمليات التجارية، ونمذجة العمليات، ومبادرات تحسين العمليات باستخدام منصة ARIS.
- تصميم وتنفيذ حلول ARIS بما في ذلك تصميم العمليات وإدارة حوكمة العمليات (APG) وإعداد التقارير ولوحات المعلومات وتحليلات العمليات.

- دعم مبادرات التكامل التي تشمل أنظمة الموارد البشرية ومنصات تخطيط موارد المؤسسات وأنظمة إدارة المستندات والتطبيقات المؤسسية الأخرى.
- إعداد الوثائق الفنية وتصميمات الحلول وأدلة التنفيذ والمواد التدريبية ومخرجات المشروع.
- المشاركة في العروض التوضيحية للعملاء وعروض الحلول وإعداد المقترحات وأنشطة ما قبل البيع عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات، علوم الحاسب، نظم المعلومات، الهندسة، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مهنية تتراوح بين 5 إلى 8 سنوات في إدارة العمليات التجارية، ذكاء العمليات، تحليل الأعمال، أو مبادرات التحول المؤسسي.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات على منصة ARIS.
- خبرة قوية في تصميم العمليات في ARIS ومنهجيات نمذجة العمليات التجارية.
- خبرة في إعداد التقارير في ARIS واستخدام JavaScript scripting.
- خبرة في تطوير وتكوين سير العمل في ARIS Process Governance (APG).
- خبرة في لوحات معلومات ARIS وحلول ذكاء الأعمال.
- خبرة في تحليلات العمليات في ARIS أو منصات تحليلات عمليات أخرى.

- Design and implement ARIS solutions including Process Design, Process Governance (APG), Reporting, Dashboards, and Process Mining.
- Develop and maintain ARIS reports, macros, and custom solutions using JavaScript and ARIS APIs.
- Lead process mining initiatives by analyzing process execution data, identifying bottlenecks, compliance deviations, and optimization opportunities.
- Design and develop dashboards and analytical solutions using ARIS Dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
- Perform data analysis, data transformation, data validation, and data modeling activities to support reporting and process intelligence solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and define solution requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
- Design and implement workflow automation solutions to support governance, approval, and operational processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior consultants and project team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues related to ARIS solutions and integrations.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Process Intelligence, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Transformation initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the ARIS platform.
- Strong experience with ARIS Process Design and business process modeling methodologies.
- Experience with ARIS Reporting and JavaScript scripting.
- Experience with ARIS Process Governance (APG) workflow development and configuration.
- Experience with ARIS Dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
- Experience with ARIS Process Mining or other process mining platforms.
- Understanding of ARIS method configuration, conventions, repository structures, and governance frameworks is highly desirable.
- Strong JavaScript development skills.
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and data exchange mechanisms.
- Strong SQL and database querying skills.
- Experience in data modeling, data transformation, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
- Strong business analysis and requirements elicitation skills.
- Ability to conduct workshops and engage effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience preparing functional specifications, technical designs, and solution documentation.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
