شركة Naseej، الرائدة في التحول الرقمي وإدارة المعرفة، تبحث عن محاسب أول (Senior Accountant) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وتحليل القوائم المالية وفقاً لمعايير IFRS.
- قيادة وإدارة عمليات الإغلاق الشهري والسنوي.
- الإشراف على الأنشطة المحاسبية اليومية باستخدام أنظمة ERP، ويفضل Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations).
- إعداد القوائم المالية الموحدة عبر الكيانات أو الأقسام.
- إدارة المحاسبة القائمة على المشاريع بما في ذلك تتبع التكاليف والاعتراف بالإيرادات ومراقبة الميزانيات.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية والضوابط الداخلية وسياسات الشركة.
- التنسيق ودعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.
- إجراء التحليل المالي وبناء النماذج المالية لدعم استراتيجيات الأعمال واتخاذ القرارات.
- دعم عمليات إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات.
- مراقبة الأداء المالي والفروقات والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية عند الحاجة.
- التعاون مع فرق المالية والعمليات والمشاريع لضمان التوافق المالي مع أهداف الأعمال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- أكثر من 7 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية في المحاسبة.
- خبرة عملية قوية في Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations).
- شهادة IFRS، أو CPA، أو CMA، أو ACCA، أو ما يعادلها (يفضل تأهيل IFRS).
- خبرة مثبتة في إعداد القوائم المالية الموحدة.
- خبرة قوية في المحاسبة القائمة على المشاريع ومراقبة الميزانيات.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في العمل في شركات التقنية أو التحول الرقمي أو المشاريع أو مكاتب التدقيق.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in Riyadh. The role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with IFRS standards, and supporting business decisions through reliable financial reporting and analysis.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations) and solid exposure to project-based accounting, preferably within the technology or digital transformation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
- Lead and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities using ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations).
- Prepare consolidated financial statements across entities or departments.
- Manage project-based accounting including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and budget monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Perform financial analysis and build financial models to support business strategies and decision-making.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor financial performance, variances, and recommend corrective actions when required.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and project teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations).
- IFRS Certificate, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification (IFRS qualification preferred).
- Proven experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.
- Strong experience in project-based accounting and budget control.
- Experience working in technology, digital transformation, project-based companies, and/or audit firms is highly preferred.
