يهدف هذا المنصب إلى توفير الدعم الإداري الأساسي والمعرفة الفنية اللازمة، وتنفيذ الأعمال المذكورة أدناه. يتحمل شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية تعزيز تنافسية Fluor في السوق العالمي من خلال تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة ذات قيمة وكفاءة فنية لا تُضاهى. كما يدعم قائد المنطقة أو القائد الرئيسي في المشاريع المُسندة، أو يقوم بتقييم واختيار وتطبيق التقنيات الهندسية القياسية في مجموعة متوسطة من المهام ذات الصعوبة المتوسطة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطبيق تقنيات التنفيذ الفعالة من حيث التكلفة (Cost Competitive Execution) لتطوير الحل الأكثر جدوى اقتصادية للمشروع لتنفيذ الأعمال الهندسية التخصصية.
- إعداد ومراجعة المواصفات، بما في ذلك معايير التصميم.
- المشاركة في الأنشطة المتعلقة بشراء المعدات والمواد، والتصاريح، والتعاقد من الباطن.
- إجراء الحسابات ومراجعتها، وتحديد المواصفات المطلوبة للمعدات، وحل المشكلات الهندسية متوسطة أو عالية التعقيد.
- مراجعة وثائق الموردين الخاصة بالمعدات ضمن التخصص ومن التخصصات الأخرى للتحقق من الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع، والسعي بنشاط لحل أي تباين.
- تحليل وتقديم توصيات مستقلة بشأن حلول للمشكلات ذات التعقيد المتفاوت وفقاً لأهداف المنظمة و/أو المشروع وإرشاداته.
- أداء المهام الأخرى الموكلة إليه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية معتمدة (4 سنوات) أو ما يعادلها عالمياً في أحد تخصصات الهندسة، بالإضافة إلى أربع (4) سنوات من الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة.
- شهادة مهنية معترف بها أو تسجيل في المجال المطلوب عند الحاجة؛ قد تشترط بعض المواقع مؤهلات إضافية أو مختلفة للامتثال للمتطلبات المحلية.
- التسجيل المهني في التخصص (مفضل).
- يجب أن يكون المرشح مصرحاً له بالعمل في البلد الذي تقع فيه الوظيفة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التواصل الفعال مع الإدارة، الزملاء، العملاء، الموردين، المقاولين، والزوار.
- المعرفة التقنية اللازمة لإتمام العمل في المجال الهندسي.
- القدرة على تعلم وتطبيق المعرفة بالقوانين المحلية وإرشادات الولاية/المقاطعة والوطنية/الاتحادية ذات الصلة.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على العمل بمرونة وفعالية من حيث الوقت.
- المعرفة المتقدمة بمعايير وقوانين التخصص، والتوافر التجاري للمواد وتكاليفها.
- خبرة عملية ميدانية.
- مهارات متوسطة في استخدام الحاسوب وبرمجيات تحرير النصوص، البريد الإلكتروني، الجداول الإلكترونية، وبرامج العروض التقديمية.

- Apply Cost Competitive Execution techniques to develop the most cost-effective total project solution for execution of the discipline engineering work
- Develop and review specifications, including design criteria
- Participate in activities associated with equipment and material procurement, permitting, and subcontracting
- Perform and check calculations, specify equipment, and solve problems of moderate or complex engineering problems
- Review vendor equipment documentation within the discipline and from other disciplines for compliance with project requirements, and actively seek discrepancy resolution
- Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering field of study and four (4) years of work-related experience; a recognized professional certification or registration in the applicable field, if required; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
- Professional registration (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of discipline codes and standards, commercial availability and cost of materials
- Practical field experience
- Intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet and electronic presentation programs
