شركة SAMI Advanced Electronics تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Lead Systems Engineer في الرياض، السعودية. يشغل المهندس مسؤولية هندسة النظم بمستويات تعقيد مختلفة، ويقدم المعلومات الفنية لتصميم النظم وتكاملها، ويدعم المهام التقنية قبل البيع والعروض الفنية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء تحليل الأعطال وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية من خلال فهم العمليات المعقدة، وتقسيمها إلى مراحل أصغر لتحليل المشكلات، مع اقتراح التحسينات المتوقعة على مراحل العملية.
- تصميم أنظمة/أنظمة فرعية معقدة تغطي جميع جوانب التصميم المعماري للنظام، وقيادة مهندسين من مجالات مختلفة لتطوير أنظمة فعالة وضمان وظائفها.
- إجراء التعامل المادي الكامل لمختلف الأنظمة الإلكترونية و/أو الاتصالات بكفاءة عالية في التفاعلات المعقدة مع الأنظمة المحددة. تصميم أنظمة متنوعة وفقًا لمتطلبات العملاء واحتياجاتهم ومعايير الجودة.
- اختيار و/أو تكييف عمليات استخلاص المتطلبات المناسبة لجمع وتحليل متطلبات أصحاب المصلحة المباشرة والضمنية وتوقعاتهم لعنصر المشروع، وترجمتها إلى متطلبات تقنية فريدة وواضحة وقابلة للقياس.
- تحديد متطلبات الاختبار والتحقق، وإجراء اختبارات متنوعة، وتنفيذ وإدارة أنشطة الاختبار والتحقق على نظام/منتج محدد، مع تحليل النتائج وتقديم توصيات دقيقة لتحسين النظام/المنتج.

Job Requirements
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis by understanding the complex processes, breaks them down into smaller phases in order to analyse complications, as well as suggests any anticipated improvements on the process phases.
- Design complex systems/ subsystems covering all aspects of system architectural design, and to lead engineers from different areas to develop effective systems and guarantee the functionality of systems.
- Perform complete physical handling of different electronic and/ or telecommunication systems in high proficiency in complex interactions with designated systems. Design various systems according to clients’ requirements, needs and quality standards.
- Select and/ or tailor appropriate requirements elicitation processes to gather and analyse stakeholders’ direct and ambiguous requirements and expectations for a project element, and translate them into unique, clear, and measurable technical requirements
- Identify testing and validation requirements, perform various tests, implement and manage the testing and validation activities over a specified system/product, as well as analysing results and producing accurate recommendations to refine the system/product.
