Role Description

The مدير مشاريع - PMO (Project Manager - PMO) is a full-time, on-site role based in South Region of Saudi Arabia, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering and consulting projects. The role includes coordinating project activities, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with internal standards, client requirements, and relevant regulations. The Project Manager will prepare and maintain project plans, progress reports, risk registers, and documentation to support effective governance and decision-making. This role collaborates closely with engineering teams, consultants, suppliers, and clients to align scope, resolve issues, and manage change requests. The Project Manager is also expected to support PMO processes, contribute to continuous improvement, and help standardize project management best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management in engineering or construction projects.
• 20+ years of experience is a MUST
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities, with experience preparing project plans, status reports, and PMO governance documents.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and interact professionally with clients and partners.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent), and solid MS Office skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CIVIL or Architectural Engineering, PMP is a MUST, or a related field; advanced certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or equivalent are preferred.
• Knowledge of Saudi regulations, local content requirements, and alignment with Vision 2030 objectives is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Jazan, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within set timelines and quality standards.
• Fluency in Arabic with good command of English for professional communication and documentation.
