To support the Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) function by driving the end‑to‑end vendor lifecycle management, including pre-qualification (PQQ), sourcing, bidder list development, vendor performance appraisals, and ongoing vendor governance, ensuring alignment with ROSHN Commercial Policy and supply chain objectives.

The role is responsible for maintaining a robust, compliant, and high-performing supplier base, enabling effective sourcing decisions, mitigating delivery risks, and enhancing project outcomes through structured vendor engagement and performance monitoring.

This position contributes to strengthening ROSHN’s supply chain by ensuring qualified vendor selection, continuous performance evaluation, and data-driven decision-making across all procurement activities.
