A company specialized in cultural, sports, and diverse events is offering a Tamheer Training Opportunity for the position of Client Relations Specialist.
Job Purpose
To build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure a positive customer experience, and support business growth through effective communication and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with current and prospective clients through phone calls and various communication channels.
- Follow up on client inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely responses.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
- Update client records and prepare regular follow-up reports.
- Support client acquisition efforts and identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Assist in coordinating communications related to company events and projects.
- Contribute to measuring client satisfaction and recommending service improvements.
Requirements
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must not have been employed during the last six months.
- Eligible for the Tamheer Program requirements (HRDF).
