السودة للتطوير، إحدى شركات صندوق الاستثمارات العامة، تعلن عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة مدير مالي للشركات (Corporate Finance Manager) في المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
إدارة الموارد المالية للشركة مع التركيز على التدفقات النقدية والديون وأسواق رأس المال لضمان السيولة وتقليل المخاطر المالية وتعظيم العوائد. تشمل المهام دعم الاستراتيجية المالية، وإدارة العلاقات مع المؤسسات المالية، وضمان الامتثال للتعهدات المالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعامل مع الاستثمارات النقدية وآجال استحقاقها لضمان توفر الأموال عند الحاجة.
- إدارة الأنشطة اليومية للخزانة، بما في ذلك التدفقات النقدية والموارد المالية، لتلبية الالتزامات المالية للشركة.
- الإشراف على الاقتراض والديون وإدارة رأس المال، وتخصيص الأرصدة النقدية لتقليل التكاليف وضمان توفر الأموال.
- إدارة الأنشطة المصرفية مثل فتح وإغلاق الحسابات البنكية لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
- التفاوض على أسعار الفائدة مع البنوك لتعظيم العوائد على الودائع الثابتة.
- تقييم فرص الاستثمار في الأدوات المالية (مثل السندات والصكوك) لتحسين عائد الاستثمار (ROI) للشركة.
- وضع خطط للحد من مخاطر العملات وأسعار الفائدة.
- مراقبة مستويات الضرائب وإعداد تقارير عن الضرائب المستحقة لإبقاء أصحاب المصلحة على اطلاع.
- إعداد تقارير مالية حول الوضع النقدي والسيولة لتحديث الإدارة العليا.
- تحديد المقرضين والتفاوض معهم لتأمين التمويل لأنشطة الشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو ما يعادلها من جامعة معترف بها ومعتمدة.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في أي مجال ذي صلة من جامعة معترف بها ومعتمدة.

This role supports financial strategy, manages relationships with financial institutions, and ensures compliance with financial covenants.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash investments and maturities to ensure funds are available when needed.
- Manage daily treasury activities, including cash flow and financial resources, to meet SDC's financial obligations.
- Oversee borrowings, debt, and capital management, and allocate cash balances to reduce costs and ensure fund availability.
- Manage banking activities such as opening and closing bank accounts to ensure smooth operations.
- Negotiate interest rates with banks to maximize returns on fixed deposits.
- Assess investment opportunities in financial instruments (e.g., bonds, sukuks) to improve SDC’s ROI.
- Develop plans to mitigate currency and interest rate risks.
- Monitor tax levels and prepare reports on taxes owed to keep stakeholders informed.
- Prepare financial reports on cash positions and liquidity to update senior leadership.
- Identify and negotiate with financiers to secure funding for SDC activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
- Master’s degree in any related field from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.
