Role Description The Owner of Majeure Management des Institutions Culturelles is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the organization’s cultural management activities in Al Jubayl. This full-time, on-site role includes setting the strategic direction, defining organizational goals, and ensuring that programs and services align with the mission and values of the institution. The Owner manages day-to-day operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and coordination of cultural projects, exhibitions, and events. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with partners, sponsors, artists, and community stakeholders, as well as representing the organization in public forums and professional networks. The role also involves supervising staff and contractors, guiding business development efforts, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
