شركة الفطيم (Al-Futtaim) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة فني كهربائي (Electrical Technician) للعمل في السعودية ضمن قطاع السيارات - BYD، حيث سيكون المتخصص في أنظمة المركبات الكهربائية والإلكترونية والجهد العالي داخل الورشة.

فني الكهرباء هو أخصائي الورشة في أنظمة المركبات الكهربائية والإلكترونية والجهد العالي، ويدعم التشخيص والإصلاح المتقدم للمركبات التقليدية والهجينة والكهربائية بالكامل. تشمل المسؤوليات حل الأعطال الكهربائية المعقدة، وبرمجة وحدات التحكم الإلكتروني (ECU) وتحديثات البرامج، وتنفيذ معايرة أنظمة مساعدة السائق المتقدمة (ADAS) وتكوين النظام وفقاً لمعايير الشركة المصنعة. كما يساهم الفني في دعم قدرات الورشة من خلال مساعدة الفنيين العامين في الحالات المعقدة وتطوير المعرفة التقنية لدى الفريق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال الكهربائية والإلكترونية المعقدة بما في ذلك أنظمة CAN BUS ووحدات التحكم في الهيكل وأنظمة المعلومات والترفيه وإلكترونيات مجموعة نقل الحركة.
- إجراء تتبع متقدم للأعطال باستخدام أدوات التشخيص المعتمدة من OEM ومنصات المسح ومعدات الاختبار الكهربائية.
- تنفيذ برمجة ECU وتحديثات البرامج وبرمجة وحدات التحكم وفقاً لإرشادات الشركة المصنعة.
- إجراء معايرة ADAS ومحاذاة الحساسات وبرمجة المفاتيح وبرمجة مانع الحركة عند الحاجة.
- تشخيص وخدمة وإصلاح أنظمة الجهد العالي (HV) في المركبات الكهربائية والهجينة، بما في ذلك فحص صحة البطارية واختبار العزل وفحص العاكسات والمحركات الكهربائية وأنظمة الأسلاك HV.
- ضمان التعامل الصحيح مع بطاريات HV والمكونات المرتبطة بها وتخزينها وصيانتها.
- صيانة ومعايرة أدوات تشخيص HV بما في ذلك أجهزة اختبار العزل ومقاييس الملي أوم والمعدات المتخصصة.

- تقديم الدعم الفني للفنيين العامين ومشرفي الورشة في المشكلات الكهربائية والإلكترونية المعقدة.
- رفع الحالات غير المحلولة إلى مهندسي الدعم الفني أو الخطوط الساخنة الفنية لـ OEM عند الحاجة.
- مشاركة المعرفة التقنية وأفضل الممارسات والدروس المستفادة مع فريق الورشة لتحسين القدرات العامة.
- المساهمة في التحديثات الفنية الداخلية والنشرات والتدريب أثناء العمل للفنيين المبتدئين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة الإلكترونيات أو هندسة السيارات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- شهادات OEM في التشخيص الكهربائي أو أنظمة المركبات الكهربائية أو سلامة الجهد العالي تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4-6 سنوات كفني سيارات مع تخصص قوي في الأنظمة الكهربائية والإلكترونية.
- خبرة مثبتة في التعامل مع التشخيصات المعقدة وبرمجة ECU وحل الأعطال الإلكترونية المتقدمة.
- خبرة عملية مع المركبات الكهربائية أو الهجينة أو الهجينة القابلة للشحن تعتبر ميزة قوية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- كفاءة على مستوى الخبير في استخدام أدوات التشخيص ومنصات المسح الخاصة بـ OEM.
- فهم قوي لشبكات اتصالات المركبات بما في ذلك أنظمة CAN وLIN وEthernet.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير مخططات الأسلاك الكهربائية المتقدمة والرسومات الفنية.
- خبرة في استخدام معدات معايرة ADAS وأدوات برمجة المفاتيح والتشخيص القائم على راسم الذبذبات (oscilloscope).
- معرفة عملية بمنصات DMS وأنظمة الضمان وبوابات المرجع الفني لـ OEM.

Position Summary
The Electrical Technician is the workshop’s specialist in vehicle electrical, electronic, and high-voltage systems, supporting advanced diagnostics and repair across conventional, hybrid, and fully electric vehicles.
The role is responsible for resolving complex electrical faults, performing ECU programming and software updates, and executing ADAS calibration and system configuration in line with OEM standards. As dealerships transition toward electrified and software-driven vehicles, this position plays a critical role in ensuring diagnostic accuracy, repair quality, and safe handling of high-voltage systems.
The Electrical Technician also supports workshop capability by assisting general Technicians with complex cases and contributing to technical knowledge development across the team.

Key Responsibilities
Advanced Electrical Diagnostics
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical and electronic faults including CAN bus systems, body control modules, infotainment systems, and powertrain electronics
- Perform advanced fault tracing using OEM diagnostic tools, scan platforms, and electrical testing equipment
- Execute ECU flashing, software updates, and control module programming in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Carry out ADAS calibration, sensor alignment, key coding, and immobilizer programming where required
- Perform diagnostics, service, and repair of high-voltage (HV) systems in electric and hybrid vehicles
- Conduct battery health checks, isolation testing, and inspection of inverters, electric motors, and HV wiring systems
- Ensure correct handling, storage, and maintenance of HV batteries and related components
- Maintain and calibrate HV diagnostic tools including insulation testers, milliohm meters, and specialized equipment
- Follow strict high-voltage safety procedures including lockout/tagout protocols, system isolation, and PPE usage
- Ensure all repairs are completed using OEM-approved methods, tools, and safety standards
- Accurately document diagnostic steps, fault codes, test results, and repair actions in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and OEM warranty portals
- Support compliance with OEM technical standards, audit requirements, and dealership operating procedures
- Provide technical support to general Technicians and Workshop Supervisors on complex electrical and electronic issues
- Escalate unresolved cases to Technical Support Engineers or OEM technical helplines when required
- Share technical knowledge, best practices, and learnings with the workshop team to improve overall capability
- Contribute to internal technical updates, bulletins, and on-the-job coaching for junior technicians
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline
- OEM certifications in electrical diagnostics, EV systems, or high-voltage safety are highly preferred
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with a strong specialization in electrical and electronic systems
- Proven experience handling complex diagnostics, ECU programming, and advanced electronic fault resolution
- Hands-on experience with EV, hybrid, or plug-in hybrid vehicles is strongly preferred
- Expert-level proficiency in OEM diagnostic tools and scan platforms.
- Strong understanding of vehicle communication networks including CAN, LIN, and Ethernet systems
- Ability to read and interpret advanced electrical wiring diagrams and technical schematics
- Experience using ADAS calibration equipment, key programming tools, and oscilloscope-based diagnostics
- Working knowledge of DMS platforms, warranty systems, and OEM technical reference portals
- Familiarity with EV/HV systems, battery management systems, and safety protocols
