JOB PURPOSE:
To represent the company and promote the product portfolio by executing the company’s sales strategy and maintain customer satisfaction levels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs in order to exceed customer’s expectations.
- Responsible for customer assistance, cash register operation, sales / monetary transactions, opening / closing procedures.
- Maintain positive customer and employee relations; reporting any problems/complaints immediately to the store manager.
- Assist with inventory, display, merchandising and placement of stock on sales floor, stock rotation and mark-downs to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Assist with tidying up or arranging merchandise and housekeeping tasks to ensure neat, clean and safe working environment.
- Use proper handling techniques and equipment to ensure safe handling of merchandise.
- Follow store policies and procedures as well as general company policies.
- Be aware of possible damage, theft or potential safety hazards, reporting observations immediately to store manager.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum Qualification: High School or Equivalent Experience.
- Minimum Experience: Prior retail experience preferably in Fashion
- Good communication skills

- Customer Service / Product Knowledge / Grooming / Merchandising / Self-Management / Cash Till Operations.
