Job description:
JOB PURPOSE
The job holder is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our clients or customers will involve understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring that our products or services meet or exceed their expectations, act as the main point of contact between the client and our organization, ensuring a positive and mutually beneficial partnership and collaborates with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients or customers.
- Act as the main point of contact and provide exceptional customer service.
- Understand the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for product or service improvements.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope of products or services offered to clients.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional offerings as appropriate.
- Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback and measure client satisfaction.
- Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align account strategies with overall company goals.
- Manage contract renewals and negotiations with clients.
- Ensure that all contractual agreements are met on both sides.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and agreements.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and performance.
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Escalate issues when necessary and follow through to resolution.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on industry knowledge.
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.
- Perform any other duties assigned to him/her related to the nature of the work
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5-10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client services.
Professional Certificates (Preferred)
- Certified CPCS, CSP, CAM will be preferred.
