We're looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator / Social Media Manager to support the digital presence of one of our leading automotive clients.
This role is ideal for someone with around 4 years of experience who lives and breathes social media, understands automotive culture, and is comfortable creating, shooting, editing and publishing content from start to finish, often using just a mobile phone.
You'll be responsible for creating engaging, social-first content that supports the brand's launch journey, capturing key moments, activations, events and brand stories to build awareness and engagement across digital platforms.
Content Creation
- Create engaging, platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other social media channels
- Produce high-quality photo and video content that supports the brand's launch journey, including events, activations, behind-the-scenes content, brand storytelling and lifestyle-focused content
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas that align with brand objectives and audience interests
- Turn content briefs into polished, ready-to-publish assets with quick turnaround times
- Create social-first content designed to maximise engagement, reach and audience interaction
Content Capture & Production
- Attend brand events, activations, media engagements, client shoots and key campaign moments to capture content
- Film product features, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, lifestyle content and brand experiences
- Capture both planned campaign content and reactive content opportunities
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines whilst remaining authentic, engaging and culturally relevant
- Support the creation of launch-related content designed to build awareness and excitement around the brand
Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit short-form videos with strong pacing, storytelling and audience retention in mind
- Add captions, transitions, music, graphics and motion effects where required
- Optimise content for each platform's specifications and best practices
- Deliver content quickly whilst maintaining quality and brand consistency
Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day social media activity across client channels
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for reactive and trend-led content
- Support community engagement and audience interaction where required
- Assist in maintaining a consistent brand voice across all social platforms
Strategy & Reporting
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and audience insights
- Track social media trends, creator activity and relevant industry developments
- Contribute ideas to improve audience growth, engagement and overall content effectiveness
- Support the wider team with content planning, campaign ideation and launch-related content strategies
Requirements
- Approximately 4 years' experience in content creation and social content management
- Arabic and English speaker
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content formats
- Proven experience filming and editing content independently
- Strong video editing skills including captions, transitions, pacing and basic motion effects
- Excellent understanding of social media trends and platform best practices
- Comfortable creating content in real-world environments including dealerships, events and outdoor locations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
