تعلن شركة Intralox، الشركة الرائدة عالمياً في حلول معدات النقل، عن توفر وظيفة مهندس دعم تقني (Technical Support Engineer) للانضمام إلى قسم Hydrolox Water Intake في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، ومقر العمل الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يعمل فريق Hydrolox MENA على تقديم حلول مبتكرة لمشاريع سحب ومعالجة المياه في بيئات صعبة. يجمع هذا الدور بين الهندسة والخدمة والتعاون مع العملاء، لضمان تسليم منتجات موثوقة ودعم متكامل للمقاولين والمستخدمين النهائيين في المنطقة. يعتمد الفريق على ثقافة ديناميكية تقوم على العمل الجماعي والمسؤولية والتميز.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع مدراء الحسابات الإقليميين ومدراء المنتجات لضمان تسليم المشاريع بنجاح.
- تقديم الاستشارات للمقاولين والمستخدمين النهائيين حول التركيب والتشغيل لضمان دمج سلس لشبكات Hydrolox Traveling Screens.
- تشخيص وحل التحديات التقنية أثناء التركيب والتشغيل المستمر، لتقليل وقت التوقف.
- إعداد تقارير مفصلة عن زيارات المواقع والتركيبات وعمليات التفتيش وتحليل المنافسين لدعم القرارات التجارية.
- المشاركة في مراجعات المشاريع الداخلية والتحقق من الموارد وتقدير التكاليف لتحسين التنفيذ.
- الحفاظ على التواصل المستمر مع العملاء، والتوصية بقطع الغيار والحلول طوال دورة حياة المنتج.
- الإشراف على اختبارات النظام وقبول العملاء والتحقق منها.
- حضور مصانع التصنيع واختبارات قبول المصنع (FAT) لضمان جودة المنتج ومطابقته.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في أحد تخصصات الهندسة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دعم المنتجات في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
- القدرة على السفر بنسبة تصل إلى 70%، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية عند الحاجة.
- الإقامة الحالية في الإمارات العربية المتحدة أو المملكة العربية السعودية.
- القدرة على الحصول على تأشيرة عمل في دول منطقة الشرق الأوسط، أو الولايات المتحدة، أو الاتحاد الأوروبي، أو المملكة المتحدة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية وحل المشكلات وإعداد التقارير.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- إجادة اللغة العربية (يفضل معرفة اللغة الهندية).
- القدرة على إدارة الذات والعمل بفعالية ضمن فريق.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office والقدرة على قراءة رسومات CAD.
- يفضل: درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- يفضل: خبرة في مجال توليد الطاقة أو تحلية المياه.
- يفضل: مهارات فعالة في تدوين الملاحظات والكتابة وإعداد التقارير.
- يفضل: القدرة على بناء علاقات على جميع المستويات التنظيمية.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Regional Account Managers and Product Managers to ensure successful project delivery in the region.
- Consult with contractors and end-users on installation and commissioning to guarantee seamless onboarding of Hydrolox Traveling Screens.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during installation and ongoing operations, minimizing downtime.
- Prepare detailed reports on site visits, installations, inspections, and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
- Participate in internal project reviews, resource verification, and cost estimation for optimal execution.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers, recommending replacement parts and solutions throughout the product life cycle.
- Oversee and validate system testing and customer acceptance.
- Attend fabrication factories and Factory Acceptance Tests to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field.
- 5+ years of product support experience in the Middle East.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic (Hindi is a plus).
- Ability to travel up to 70%, including weekends/holidays as needed.
- Self-management and effective teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to read CAD drawings.
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- Experience in power generation or water desalination.
- Effective note-taking, writing, and reporting skills.
- Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
