مطلوب ميكانيكي هيدروليك للعمل لدى شركة Fugro في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون الميكانيكي مسؤولاً عن تشخيص وإصلاح وصيانة محركات الديزل والأنظمة الهيدروليكية ومعدات الحفر لضمان أقصى توفر وأداء وسلامة للمعدات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشخيص وإصلاح محركات الديزل على المعدات الثقيلة ومنصات الحفر.
- استكشاف أخطاء الأنظمة الهيدروليكية وإصلاحها بما في ذلك المضخات والمحركات والصمامات والأسطوانات.
- إصلاح وصيانة معدات الحفر والضواغط والآلات المساعدة.
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية لمنصات الحفر.
- تشخيص مشاكل أنظمة الوقود بما في ذلك الحاقنات ومضخات الوقود والفلاتر.
- فحص وإصلاح المعدات الهيدروليكية.
- استكشاف مشاكل السخونة الزائدة وفقدان الضغط وتدفق الهيدروليك غير الطبيعي وإصلاحها.
- إجراء إصلاحات الأعطال الميدانية والصيانة الطارئة.
- استبدال المكونات البالية مثل السدادات والمحامل وخراطيم الهيدروليك.
- قراءة وتفسير المخططات الهيدروليكية والميكانيكية.
- الحفاظ على تقارير الخدمة والصيانة.
- ضمان أن جميع الأعمال تتبع إجراءات السلامة والتشغيل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بمحركات الديزل وأنظمة المعدات الثقيلة.
- خبرة في المضخات الهيدروليكية والمحركات وصمامات التحكم.
- القدرة على تشخيص السخونة الزائدة وفقدان الضغط ومشاكل التدفق في الأنظمة الهيدروليكية.
- معرفة بمعدات الحفر.
- خبرة في استخدام أدوات التشخيص ومعدات اختبار الضغط.
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات الهيدروليكية والميكانيكية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة في ميكانيكا الديزل أو ميكانيكا المعدات الثقيلة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 7 سنوات في العمل مع منصات الحفر أو المعدات الثقيلة.
- خبرة في الأنظمة الهيدروليكية والمضخات.
- القدرة على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على الحصول على رخصة قيادة.
- العمل في مواقع حفر نائية أو ورشة عمل.
- التعرض للحرارة والغبار والضوضاء والآلات الثقيلة.
- قد يتطلب العمل لنوبات طويلة، والوقوف الاحتياطي، والإصلاحات الميدانية.

Job Description
The heavy equipment diesel mechanic is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and drilling equipment used in Minning, and drilling operations. The mechanic ensures maximum equipment availability, safety, and performance through proper maintenance and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair diesel engines on heavy equipment and dill rigs Troubleshoot hydraulic systems including pump, motors, valves, and cylinders Repair and maintain drilling equipment, compressors, and support machinery Perform preventative maintenance on drill rigs Diagnose fuel systems problems including injectors, fuel pumps and filters. Inspect and repair hydraulic equipment Troubleshooting overheating, pressure loss, and abnormal hydraulic flow issues. Perform field breakdown repairs and emergency maintenance Replace worn components like seals, bearings, hydraulic hoses Read and interpret hydraulic and mechanical schematics Maintain service and maintenance reports Ensure all work follows safety and operational procedures

Required Technical Skills.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines and heavy equipment systems.
- Experience with hydraulic pumps, motors, and control valves.
- Ability to diagnose hydraulic overheating, pressure loss and flow issues
- Knowledge of drilling equipment
- Experience using diagnostic tools and pressure testing equipment
- Ability to read hydraulic and mechanical diagrams.
- Drill rigs
- Diesel generators
- Hydraulic power systems
- Air compressors.
- Diesel mechanic or heavy equipment mechanic certification
- 3-7 years’ experience working with drill rigs or heavy equipment
- Experience with hydraulic systems and pumps
- Be able to communicate in English
- Be able to obtain a driver’s license.
- Work in remote drilling sites or workshop
- Exposure to heat, dust, noise and heavy machinery
- May require to work long shifts, standby and field repairs
