About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Community Pharmacist to join our team. You will be responsible for providing expert healthcare advice, safely dispensing prescription and non-prescription medications, and supervising daily retail operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high customer satisfaction, drive store sales targets, and maintain strict compliance with healthcare and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Care & Pharmacy Practice:

• Dispensing & Consultation: Accurately process and dispense medications. Educate customers on dosages, side effects, drug interactions, and proper storage.
• OTC & Healthcare Advice: Provide expert advice on over-the-counter (OTC) medications and common illnesses, recommending the best course of action for patient safety.
• Medical Equipment: Educate patients on the proper handling and safe use of home medical equipment (e.g., glucose meters).
• Continuous Learning: Maintain up-to-date pharmacological knowledge by reviewing professional publications and attending educational workshops.

Store Management & Operations:

• Store Readiness: Ensure the pharmacy maintains a professional look and feel, complying with internal guidelines for temperature control, storage conditions, and staff uniform readiness.
• Inventory & Admin: Oversee stock levels, order processing, returns, price updates, and promotional executions.
• Transactions: Handle cash register operations, process payments, and coordinate reconciliations with the Finance team accurately.
• Health & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with local industry regulations, internal health and safety policies, and operational excellence guidelines.

Sales & Team Leadership:

• Business Growth: Identify ethical up-selling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding customer needs to maximize satisfaction and meet key sales targets.
• Staff Supervision: Lead the retail store team, monitor daily workflows, manage schedules, and track productivity.
• Performance Management: Support staff development through coaching, monitoring Individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensuring excellent customer service levels.

Requirements (متطلبات الوظيفة)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (BSc of Pharmacy / بكالوريوس صيدلة).
• Licensing: * Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) License.
• Valid SCFHS Classification (تصنيف ساري).
• Residency: Valid Iqama (إقامة سارية) for residents.
• Experience: Previous experience in a retail or community pharmacy setting is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead a retail team effectively.
