🚀 We're Hiring | Cybersecurity Operations Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Cybersecurity Operations Analyst to join our cybersecurity team and support the monitoring, detection, and initial response to cybersecurity threats and incidents.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze security alerts and events across client environments.

• Support the initial investigation and response to cybersecurity incidents.

• Operate and monitor security platforms including SIEM, EDR, Firewalls, and Vulnerability Management solutions.

• Classify, prioritize, and escalate security incidents when required.

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on security events, incidents, and operational activities.

• Follow and adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and security processes.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) environments or Cybersecurity Operations.

• Knowledge of security event monitoring, log analysis, and incident handling.

• Good understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and cybersecurity fundamentals.

• Experience with SIEM, EDR, Firewall, or Vulnerability Management solutions is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as Security+, CySA+, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and reporting skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
