تعلن شركة Concentrix عن توفر وظيفة Wellbeing Associate في الرياض، للانضمام إلى فريق الصحة النفسية المتخصص في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الصحة والرفاهية لموظفي Trust & Safety.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم جلسات استشارية فردية في الموقع لمعالجة مجموعة من المشكلات النفسية باستخدام تدخلات علاجية قصيرة المدى مثل العلاج السلوكي المعرفي (CBT) والعلاج بالقبول والالتزام (ACT) والعلاجات القائمة على اليقظة الذهنية (MBT).
- تقديم جلسات تدريب فردية في الموقع وتطوير خطط مرونة للحفاظ على صحة ورفاهية الموظفين.
- تنظيم جلسات دعم جماعي ونظيري في الموقع تهدف إلى بناء المرونة وتطوير استراتيجيات تكيف صحية وبناء علاقات عمل إيجابية.
- تيسير جلسات إبداعية في الموقع مثل العلاج الإبداعي والعلاج بالموسيقى والأنشطة القائمة على اليقظة الذهنية.
- تقييم حالات الصدمات المرتبطة بالتعرض لمحتوى صادم واتباع بروتوكولات التصعيد.
- تقييم وإدارة مخاطر إيذاء النفس أو الآخرين بشكل مناسب وفي الوقت المناسب.
- إدارة سجلات الحالات السرية والتقارير بأمان وفقًا لبروتوكولات الخصوصية.
- إجراء تقييمات نفسية قياسية للموظفين في المنطقة.
- مراجعة بيانات التقييم لتحديد الاتجاهات التي تتطلب تدخلًا والمساهمة في تقارير الرؤى.
- أداء المهام الإدارية بما في ذلك تتبع بيانات الجلسات وإكمال ملاحظات الحالات الفردية في الوقت المناسب.
- الرد الفوري على رسائل البريد الإلكتروني والرسائل من الموظفين الذين يطلبون الدعم مع ضمان تواصل واضح وفي الوقت المناسب.
- التواصل مع فريق القيادة السريرية بانتظام لمناقشة الملاحظات والرؤى والمخاطر ومجالات التحسين.
- المساهمة في ممارسات العمل الآمنة عبر فريق الصحة النفسية.
- حضور جلسات دعم نظيري شهرية مع مديرك السريري وزملائك في المنطقة.
- الالتزام بالمبادئ التوجيهية المهنية والأخلاقية التي تحددها الهيئات التنظيمية المختصة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الماجستير في علم النفس السريري أو الإرشاد النفسي أو العلاج النفسي.
- ترخيص مزاولة مهنة ساري وغير مقيد في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الرفاهية أو العلاج النفسي.
- خبرة مثبتة في الاستشارات عبر الثقافات مع إظهار الحساسية والكفاءة تجاه خلفيات العملاء المتنوعة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تصميم وتقديم تدريبات وورش عمل وندوات عبر الإنترنت في مجال الصحة النفسية والرفاهية.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة البيانات لضمان التعامل الدقيق مع المعلومات الحساسة وسجلات الجلسات.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة الوقت وتحديد الأولويات للتعامل مع مهام متعددة في بيئة ديناميكية.
- قدرة مثبتة على الحفاظ على الاحترافية والمعايير الأخلاقية في بيئة عمل.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على بناء الثقة والعلاقات مع الموظفين والمدراء وأعضاء الفريق.
- الطلاقة في اللغة العربية كتابةً ونطقًا.
- لغة إنجليزية بمستوى B1 (ميزة إضافية).
- يفضل وجود خبرة في بيئة Trust & Safety أو تعديل المحتوى.

Our psychological health team is a diverse group of specialists dedicated to developing, delivering, and evaluating employee health and wellbeing strategies for Trust & Safety teams at Concentrix.
Our initiatives are crafted to enhance and support positive mental and physical health, while fostering a healthy culture and work environment across the organization. The Onsite Wellbeing Counsellor will provide onsite mental health and wellbeing support to employees working in content moderation roles. As a qualified counsellor or psychotherapist, you'll conduct sessions using interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness Based Therapies (MBT).

- Deliver one to one onsite counselling sessions, addressing a range of psychological health issues using short-term therapeutic interventions such as CBT, ACT and MBT
- Deliver one to one onsite coaching sessions, and develop resilience plans for maintaining employee health and wellbeing
- Deliver onsite group and peer support sessions aimed at building resilience, developing healthy coping strategies and building positive working relationships
- Facilitate onsite creative sessions such as creative therapies, music therapies, and mindfulness-based activities
- Assess cases for trauma related to exposure to graphic content and follow escalation protocols
- Evaluate and appropriately manage risks of harm to self or others in a timely manner
- Manage confidential case records and reports safely, and in line with privacy protocols
- Deliver psychometric assessments to employees in the region
- Review assessment data for trends that require intervention, and contribute to insight reports
- Complete administrative duties, including tracking session data and completion of individual case notes in a timely manner
- Respond promptly to emails and messages from employees seeking support, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Communicate with the clinical leadership team on a regular basis to discuss observations, insights risks and areas for improvement
- Contribute towards safe working practices across the Psychological Health team
- Attend monthly peer support sessions with your Clinical Manager and regional colleagues
- Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines set by discipline specific governing and licensing bodies
- Master’s degree in clinical psychology, counselling psychology, or psychotherapy
- Current unrestricted license to practice in the country where the site is based
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wellbeing or psychotherapy field
- Proven experience in cross-cultural counselling, demonstrating sensitivity and competence with diverse client backgrounds
- Able to build trust and rapport with employees, managers and team members
- Proven experience designing and delivering wellbeing/mental health training, workshops and webinars
- Strong data management skills, ensuring accurate handling of sensitive information and session records
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, effectively handling multiple tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic setting
- Proven ability to maintain professionalism and ethical standards in a business environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic
- English B1 as a plus Desired qualifications:
- Experience working in Trust and Safety or a content moderation environment
