Role Description The Pilates Lead is a full-time, on-site role based at CORE Life facilities in Riyadh. This role is responsible for leading Pilates classes, designing safe and effective programs for diverse fitness levels, and ensuring high-quality member experiences. Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering group and one-on-one sessions, conducting initial assessments, monitoring client progress, and adapting exercises as needed. The Pilates Lead will mentor and guide other Pilates instructors, help maintain studio standards, coordinate scheduling, and contribute to member retention initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with wellness and hospitality teams, promoting CORE Life offerings, and upholding safety, cleanliness, and brand standards in the studio environment.

Qualifications

• Professional certification in Pilates (e.g., mat and/or apparatus) from a recognized training body, with strong knowledge of anatomy, injury prevention, and safe practice.
• Demonstrated experience leading group and individual Pilates sessions, including designing programs for various fitness levels, ages, and physical abilities.
• Strong client service skills, including the ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, motivate participants, and deliver inclusive, gender-neutral guidance.
• Experience mentoring or supervising other instructors, supporting class quality, and contributing to studio operations or scheduling.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary wellness and hospitality environment, collaborating with colleagues and aligning with brand standards.
• Comfort with using booking or membership software and basic digital tools to manage schedules, client records, and communication.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and punctuality, with a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming studio space.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. Prior experience in premium wellness clubs or hospitality-oriented fitness environments is preferred.
