Job Summary:
The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders. The role involves scheduling deliveries, communicating with customers and delivery teams, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining accurate records to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules and routes.
- Monitor delivery progress and ensure on-time completion of deliveries.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery appointments and updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle delivery-related inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Track and report delivery performance and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Assist in improving delivery processes and customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Previous experience in delivery coordination, logistics, transportation, or customer service is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP or delivery management systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic and basic English communication skills.
