المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإلمام الجيد بمعايير العملاء المختلفة ومعايير API.
  • ضمان تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الفردية والجماعية.
  • فهم الرسومات الميكانيكية والرموز للعمل اليومي.
  • قيادة المناقشات الفنية والعروض التقديمية لدى العملاء دعماً لفريق المبيعات.
  • التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية لتحقيق أهداف الشركة.
  • تحديد الاختناقات وتقديم الحلول بشكل استباقي.
  • توليد فرص جديدة مع فريق المبيعات.
  • إدارة حالات الضمان بفعالية بالتعاون مع الخدمات والهندسة بما يتوافق مع سياسات الشركة.
  • القيادة والتنسيق الداخلي لضمان إنجاز جميع العمليات في الوقت المحدد.
  • قيادة حل شكاوى العملاء المتعلقة بالعقود.
  • الحفاظ على نظام إدارة الجودة ونشر الوعي بأهميته في جميع أنحاء المؤسسة.
  • التنسيق مع فريق المشاريع غير الاستراتيجية عند الحاجة.
  • تنسيق وتنفيذ تدريب العملاء.
  • دعم تحليل الأسباب الجذرية واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
  • حفظ سجلات جميع الحالات ذات الأداء الضعيف.
  • إدارة حالات الترقية والتعديل التحديثي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
  • خبرة تقنية لا تقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات أو الصناعات ذات الصلة.
  • معرفة بتركيب المضخات والتشغيل والصيانة والسدادات.
  • خبرة في التعامل مع المؤسسات الكبيرة والمعقدة.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات جيدة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتقنيات تحليل الأسباب الجذرية (RCA) مع القدرة على إدارة المناقشات داخلياً.
  • فهم جيد لتقنيات تحليل الفشل.
  • مهارات مناسبة في استخدام الحاسب الآلي وأنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات (Microsoft Office، إدارة المستندات)، بالإضافة إلى خبرة في العمليات وهياكل البيانات وأتمتة التقارير والتحليلات.

You support our team as

Application Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Well verse with various customer standards and API standards.
  • Ensure to meet team and individual KPI.
  • Understanding of mechanical drawings and codes for day-to-day work.
  • Lead technical discussion / presentation at customer site supporting sales team
  • Coordination with internal department for achieving company goals.
  • Identify the bottlenecks and provide solutions proactively.
  • Generate opportunities with sales team.
  • Manage effectively warranty cases in liaison with Service & Engineering, in the interest of EBKSA business policies.
  • Lead and coordinate internally to ensure all processes are completed on time.
  • Take the lead in resolving customer complaints related to contract.
  • Maintaining quality management system and developing awareness of importance of the QMS throughout the organization.
  • Coordination with IP team on non -strategic projects, wherever necessary.
  • Coordinating/Conducting customer training.
  • RCA and troubleshooting support.
  • Record keeping of all bad actors.
  • Manage upgrade and retrofit cases.

Qualifications

  • B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ technical experience working in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or related industries.
  • Have knowledge of pumps construction, commissioning, O&M, and Seals.
  • Have good trouble shooting skills, RCA techniques (able to manage internally and lead those discussions).
  • Have good understanding of failure analysis techniques.
  • Experience with large and complex organizations.
  • Appropriate computer and IT systems skills/knowledge (MS office, document management), experience with processes, data structures and atomization of reporting and analysis
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
