المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحديد الاستراتيجية التقنية والرؤية طويلة المدى للمشاريع المبنية على منصة Skadina.
  • توفير القيادة والتوجيه لفرق التطوير وتعزيز الابتكار وأفضل الممارسات.
  • ضمان المواءمة بين الحلول التقنية وأهداف العمل.
  • دفع اعتماد منصة Skadina عبر الفرق وتعزيز بنية قابلة للتوسع.
  • الإشراف على إدارة المخاطر التقنية واستراتيجيات التخفيف منها.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع أصحاب المصلحة والمهندسين المعماريين لتوجيه تصاميم الحلول المعقدة.
  • ضمان الاستفادة الفعالة من المنصة لتحقيق أهداف قابلية التوسع والأمان والأداء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في تطوير البرمجيات وهندسة المؤسسات.
  • خبرة مثبتة في العمل على منصة Skadina.
  • مهارات قيادية قوية مع سجل حافل في توجيه الفرق التقنية.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتخطيط الاستراتيجي.
  • خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئات Agile/Scrum.

Muller's Solutions is seeking a Skadina Technical Lead specializing in Strategy, Leadership, and Technical Vision. This role will provide strategic technical direction, drive innovation, and mentor development teams using the Skadina platform, ensuring long-term scalability and strategic alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the technical strategy and long-term vision for projects built on the Skadina platform.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering innovation and best practices.

  • Oversee technical risk management and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
