The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and contribute to financial analysis and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting expertise with financial insight.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, and payroll
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance
• Supervise and guide accounting team members (for Manager role)
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Analyse financial data and provide strategic recommendations
• Maintain strong internal controls and improve accounting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Mandatory: CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• Preferred / Advantage: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
• 3-5 years of experience (Assistant Manager) / 5-8+ years (Manager)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
