المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة التصميم الشامل وتنفيذ حلول SAP MM من البداية إلى النهاية
- دفع التكامل عبر عمليات إصدار البضائع، استلام البضائع، الجرد الفعلي، والمشتريات الخاصة
- تقديم خبرة في عمليات المشتريات غير المباشرة والمباشرة لتحسين الكفاءة وخفض التكاليف
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لضمان تكامل سلس بين إدارة المخزون والمشتريات
- تحليل سير العمل وتقديم توصيات لتحسين عمليات المشتريات والمخزون
- تطوير وصيانة توثيق SAP MM
- إجراء دورات تدريبية وورش عمل للفرق
- مراقبة أداء النظام واستكشاف المشكلات وإصلاحها
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق المالية والمحاسبة للتوافق مع احتياجات الميزانية والتقارير
- تقديم رؤى خاصة بالصناعة لمواجهة تحديات قطاع السيارات

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 17 عامًا في SAP MM والمجالات ذات الصلة
- خبرة في صناعة السيارات
- خبرة في مجال المالية والمحاسبة

- خبرة قوية في SAP MM (إصدار البضائع، استلام البضائع، الجرد الفعلي، المشتريات الخاصة)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP MM solutions
- Drive integration across Goods Issue, Goods Receipt, Physical Inventory, and Special Procurements
- Provide expertise in Indirect & Direct Procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless Inventory Management and Purchasing integration
- Analyze workflows and recommend improvements for procurement and inventory optimization
- Develop and maintain SAP MM documentation
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for teams
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Work closely with Finance & Accounting teams to align with budgeting and reporting needs
- Provide industry-specific insights for Automotive sector challenges
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality SAP solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- 17+ years of experience in SAP MM and related domains
- Strong expertise in:
- SAP MM (Goods Issue, Goods Receipt, Physical Inventory, Special Procurements)
- Inventory Management & Purchasing
- Indirect & Direct Procurement
- Domain expertise in Finance & Accounting
- Experience in the Automotive industry
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering SAP MM projects successfully
