NASCO - National Advanced Systems Co. Ltd. تعلن عن وظيفة مدير موارد بشرية في مقرها الرئيسي بمدينة الرياض، للإشراف على إدارة الموارد البشرية ودعم نمو المنظمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة عمليات الموارد البشرية اليومية وضمان تقديم الخدمات بفعالية في جميع أنحاء المنظمة.
- قيادة أنشطة التوظيف ودعم متطلبات تخطيط القوى العاملة.
- إدارة شؤون علاقات الموظفين وتقديم التوجيه بشأن سياسات وإجراءات الموارد البشرية.
- الإشراف على عمليات إدارة الأداء ودعم مبادرات تطوير الموظفين.
- ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة العمل السعودية وسياسات الشركة.
- صيانة سجلات الموارد البشرية والأنظمة والوثائق.
- دعم المبادرات التنظيمية التي تعزز مشاركة الموظفين وفعالية بيئة العمل.
- التعاون مع الإدارة في شؤون التوظيف والتنظيم والموظفين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية.
- معرفة قوية بقانون العمل السعودي وممارسات الموارد البشرية.
- خبرة في التوظيف وعلاقات الموظفين وإدارة الأداء وعمليات الموارد البشرية.
- شهادة CIPD أو SHRM أو PHR أو ما يعادلها (يفضل).
- هذه الوظيفة متاحة للسعوديين فقط.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية مع الموظفين والإدارة عبر مختلف الوظائف.

Position Summary
NASCO is seeking a Human Resources Manager in its headquarters in Riyadh to oversee the company's HR function and support the continued growth of the organization. The role is responsible for managing key HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance while working closely with management to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day to day HR operations and ensure effective delivery of HR services across the organization
• Lead recruitment activities and support workforce planning requirements
• Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Oversee performance management processes and support employee development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies
• Maintain HR records, systems, and documentation
• Support organizational initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace effectiveness
• Partner with management on staffing, organizational, and people related matters
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR practices
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with employees and management across different functions
• CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or similar HR certification is preferred
