تعلن شركة Organon في الرياض عن توفر وظيفة (مساعد مدير العلامة التجارية والعملاء) - Marketing Specialist، حيث سيتولى المرشح قيادة وتخطيط وتنفيذ خطط الأعمال التي تركز على العملاء لمنتجات (Emgality، Biosimilars، Viraleze) بالتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والوظائف المتقاطعة لتحقيق رؤية الشركة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع قادة العلامات التجارية في منطقة META وفرق العمل المتقاطعة أثناء تنفيذ ومتابعة خطة التسويق في السعودية.
- دعم خطة التسويق الإقليمية وتكييفها وفقاً لديناميكيات السوق السعودي.
- إعداد خطة امتياز التسويق في السعودية وإدارة التنفيذ والمتابعة لضمان التوافق مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية.
- إجراء التنبؤات والتحليلات لدعم مدير العلامة التجارية والتخطيط المالي والطلب مع ضمان النمو المربح.
- تحديد ورصد المنافسين وظروف السوق أو التغيرات في الصناعة التي قد تؤثر على الخطة وتكييف التنفيذ وفقاً لذلك.
- دمج نهج التسويق متعدد القنوات.
- التواصل مع القيادات العلمية الرئيسية والمهنيين الصحيين وجميع أصحاب المصلحة المستهدفين لرصد احتياجات السوق واتجاهاته وتكييف التخطيط والتنفيذ.
- الارتقاء المستمر بالمعرفة والمهارات التقنية لمتابعة أحدث اتجاهات ومنهجيات التسويق.
- إدارة ومتابعة الميزانية الترويجية بكفاءة لتعظيم الأثر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في المبيعات لمدة سنة أو أكثر.
- درجة في التسويج مفضلة أو بكالوريوس صيدلة (Pharm D).
- الإقامة في الرياض (Must be based in Riyadh).
- الجنسية السعودية (Must be a Saudi National).
- وجود مهمة تسويقية أو مشروع تسويقي (مفضل).
- معرفة بمجال العلاج (Therapy area knowledge) ميزة إضافية.

The Position:

Responsibilities
- Collaborating with META brand leads & cross function teams during execution & tracking of KSA marketing plan
- Support regional marketing plan and its localization according to KSA market dynamics
- Prepare KSA marketing franchise plan & manage implementation and tracking to ensure alignment with KSA strategic objectives.
- Forecasting & analytics to support country BCM and country financial & demand planning while ensuring profitable growth
- Identify and monitor competitors and market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect the plan & adapt execution accordingly
- Integrates multi-channel marketing approach
- Liaising with the key scientific leaders, HCPs and all target stakeholders to observe the market needs & trends to adapt planning & execution
- Continuously upgrading technical knowledge and skills to follow up new marketing trends and methodologies
- Manage & track promotional budget efficiently, to maximize impact
- Strong interpersonal, communication & conflict management skills
- Strong skills in strategic planning
- Strong analytical skills
- Planning and project management skills
- Excellent in problem solving and team working
- Creative & multi-task oriented
- Collaborative, committed, result-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluent in English
- Having Marketing assignment or Marketing project is preferred
- Therapy area knowledge is a plus
- Marketing degree is a plus or Pharm D
- 1 year or more of sales experience
- Must be based in Riyadh
- Must be a Saudi National
