Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee the financial operations of Prince Sultan Rehabilitation Complex | Efaa. The role is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, internal controls, and ensuring efficient financial management that supports the organization’s strategic goals and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function and oversee daily financial operations.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial plans, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor financial performance and provide accurate management reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Supervise accounting, treasury, payments, receivables, and financial closing processes.
• Develop and maintain effective internal controls and financial governance procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory bodies, banks, and relevant stakeholders.
• Support executive management with financial analysis and decision-making.
• Review costs, contracts, procurement-related financial commitments, and resource allocation.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and archiving of financial records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification is preferred, such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years of financial management experience.
• Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, rehabilitation, or service-sector organizations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
