About United International Group

United International Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Facilities Manager to lead the operations, maintenance, and strategic management of facilities across our portfolio. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in facility operations, team management, budgeting, compliance, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repair, security, and support services.
• Ensure the efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical building systems.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and best practices.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage facility teams, including technicians, supervisors, and support staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and training programs.
• Coordinate and manage external contractors and service providers.

Maintenance & Asset Management

• Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities and emergency repairs.
• Maintain high standards of asset reliability and operational efficiency.

Budget & Vendor Management

• Prepare and manage facility budgets, including operational and capital expenditures.
• Monitor costs and optimize spending while maintaining service quality.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records related to facility operations and compliance.

Project Management

• Lead facility improvement projects, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Strategic Planning

• Develop long-term facility management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in facilities management, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, and facility regulations.
• Proven experience in budget management, vendor management, and project execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, or mixed-use facilities environments is preferred.
