تعلن شركة ألفانار (alfanar) عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي تقارير (Reporting Specialist) في مدينة الرياض، السعودية. تهدف الوظيفة إلى تطوير تقارير ولوحات معلومات موحدة، وضمان دقة البيانات واتساقها، وتقديم رؤى تحليلية لدعم اتخاذ القرارات على مستوى المؤسسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير ومراجعة التقارير الموحدة لتلبية متطلبات المؤسسة وأصحاب المصلحة.
- تصميم لوحات المعلومات وقوالب التقارير لضمان الوضوح وسهولة الاستخدام، مع التحسين المستمر لهياكل التقارير.
- تحديد وتوحيد طرق جمع البيانات النوعية والكمية، وتصميم نماذج وقوالب الإدخال المناسبة.
- وضع معايير حوكمة البيانات والحفاظ عليها، بما في ذلك تحديد الخطوط الأساسية وقواعد التحقق.
- جمع البيانات ومراجعتها والتحقق من صحتها لضمان الدقة والاكتمال والاتساق عبر التقارير.
- تجميع وتوحيد تقارير لوحات المعلومات عبر جميع الإدارات وضمان تكامل البيانات من مصادر متعددة.
- تحليل مخرجات التقارير لتحديد الاتجاهات والفجوات وفرص التحسين، وإعداد توصيات قابلة للتنفيذ.
- تقديم الدعم التحليلي لاتخاذ القرارات وإرشاد أصحاب المصلحة حول الاستخدام الفعال للتقارير.
- أداء الأنشطة المخطط لها لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتطويرية وفق جداول التسليم، مع إعداد تقارير دورية عن التنفيذ.
- حل المشكلات ذات الصلة وتصعيد القضايا التشغيلية المعقدة عند الحاجة، وضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة والجودة والبيئة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تحليل النظم (Systems Analysis & Engineering) أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إعداد دراسات الجدوى (Business Case Preparation).
- فهم العمليات التجارية (Business Processes).
- تحديد متطلبات الأعمال (Business Requirements Definition).
- إعادة هندسة عمليات أنظمة الأعمال (Business Systems Process Reengineering).

Job Purpose
Develops standardized reports and dashboards, ensures data accuracy and consistency, and provides insights to support informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Accountability AreasReporting Development and Design:
- Develop and review standardized reports to meet organizational and stakeholder requirements.
- Determine appropriate tools, formats, and methods for effective data presentation.
- Design dashboards and reporting templates to ensure clarity and usability.
- Continuously enhance reporting structures to improve efficiency and decision support.
Data Collection Methodology and Design:
- Define and standardize methods for collecting qualitative and quantitative data.
- Design data collection forms, templates, and input mechanisms.
- Ensure data collection approaches align with reporting and analytical needs.
- Educate users and stakeholders on proper completion and usage of data collection tools.
Data Governance and Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain data governance standards in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Define data baselines, rules, and validation criteria.
- Collect, review, and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Implement quality assurance checks to maintain data integrity across reports.
Dashboard and Report Consolidation:
- Compile and consolidate dashboard reports across all departments.
- Ensure consistency of reporting outputs across business units.
- Monitor and validate data integration from multiple sources.
- Ensure dashboards provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
Reporting Insights and Decision Support:
- Analyze reporting outputs to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare reports with actionable recommendations for system and process improvements.
- Provide analytical support to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Advise stakeholders on effective use of reports to enhance organizational performance.
HR Proficiency:
- Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.
Delivery:
- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
Problem-Solving:
- Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Quality:
- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
Business Process Improvements:
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
