شركة Mimar Al-Qimmah Contracting، ومقرها الرياض والمتخصصة في المقاولات والإنشاءات، تبحث عن مدير مشاريع (Project Manager) لقيادة التخطيط والتنفيذ لمشاريعها السكنية بما يحقق أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة والتسليم في الوقت المحدد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة دورة حياة المشروع الكاملة للمشاريع السكنية بدءاً من مرحلة التجهيز وحتى التسليم.
- إعداد وإدارة جداول المشاريع والميزانيات وخطط الموارد.
- التنسيق بين العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- الإشراف على التنفيذ في الموقع ومراقبة الجودة والامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
- مراجعة المخططات التنفيذية (shop drawings) والمستندات الفنية والتأكد من مطابقتها للتصاميم المعتمدة وكود البناء السعودي.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وإعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة وأصحاب المصلحة.
- قيادة الفريق الهندسي في الموقع والإشراف عليه وتطويره.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عاماً في إدارة مشاريع البناء، مع تفضيل الخبرة في المشاريع السكنية.
- التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).
- شهادة PMP تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- معرفة متينة بكود البناء السعودي واللوائح والممارسات التعاقدية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان أدوات إدارة المشاريع مثل Primavera P6 و MS Project.
- مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل وحل المشكلات.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (مفضلة).

About Us:

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of our residential construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle of residential developments, from mobilization through handover.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee on-site execution, quality control, and HSE compliance.
- Review shop drawings and technical submittals, ensuring compliance with approved designs and the Saudi Building Code.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the site engineering team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- [12] + years of experience in construction project management; experience in residential projects is strongly preferred.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- PMP certification is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of the Saudi Building Code, regulations, and contracting practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
