Job Role :

To manage and deliver assigned projects end-to-end by planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling project activities, ensuring projects are completed within the approved scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines while complying with Salam PMO methodologies, governance requirements, and stakeholder expectations

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Manage and deliver assigned projects in accordance with Salam PMO project lifecycle, methodologies, and governance requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements to ensure successful project delivery.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor progress against approved baselines.

• Lead project execution activities and ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved within agreed scope, cost, quality, and schedule.

• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with governance requirements, stage gates, and approval processes.

• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource utilization.

• Coordinate and manage internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.

• Prepare and present project status, financial, and performance reports to management and relevant governance committees.

• Drive project-related change management activities to support successful adoption and business readiness.

• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when deviations from project plans occur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, MIS (Moammar Information Systems), or any related field.

• PMP certified (must).

• Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with result-driven capability.
• 4-7 years of experience in a related field
