يسعى كلية الغد للعلوم الطبية والتطبيقية (Al-Ghad College) في الرياض إلى تعيين محاضرين وأساتذة مساعدين وأساتذة مشاركين في تخصصات التمريض، لتقديم تعليم أكاديمي عالي الجودة والإشراف على الطلاب والمساهمة في البحث وتطوير المناهج.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تدريس مقررات التمريض في المرحلة الجامعية والدراسات العليا.
- إعداد المحاضرات وخطط الدروس والتقييمات والمواد الأكاديمية.
- الإشراف على الطلاب أثناء التدريب السريري والبحث والمشاريع الأكاديمية.
- المشاركة في تطوير المناهج ومبادرات ضمان الجودة الأكاديمية.
- إجراء البحوث والنشر في المجلات المحكمة.
- توجيه الطلاب وإرشادهم في مسيرتهم الأكاديمية والمهنية.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات الأقسام وأنشطة الاعتماد واللجان المؤسسية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير وزارة التعليم السعودية والمعايير الأكاديمية للمؤسسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الدكتوراه في التمريض في أحد التخصصات التالية (إلزامي): تمريض الأطفال، تمريض العناية الحرجة، تمريض صحة المجتمع، تمريض صحة البالغين، تمريض الصحة النفسية.
- يفضل الحصول على ترخيص/تسجيل مهني ساري في التمريض.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التدريس و/أو المجال المهني.
- يفضل خبرة في جامعة أو كلية معترف بها.
- خبرة تدريس دولية تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التدريس والعرض التقديمي وإدارة الفصل الدراسي.
- قدرات بحثية قوية ونشر أكاديمي وكتابة علمية.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على توجيه الطلاب والعمل بفاعلية في بيئة أكاديمية متعددة الثقافات.

- راتب يتراوح بين 9,000 و 12,000 ريال سعودي حسب المؤهلات والخبرة.

Candidates must hold a PhD in any one of the following disciplines:
- Pediatric Nursing
- Critical Care Nursing
- Community Health Nursing
- Adult Health Nursing
- Mental Health Nursing
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate nursing courses.
- Prepare lectures, lesson plans, assessments, and academic materials.
- Supervise students during clinical training, research, and academic projects.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic quality assurance initiatives.
- Conduct research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor and advise students on academic and professional development.
- Participate in departmental meetings, accreditation activities, and institutional committees.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Ministry of Education and institutional academic standards.
- PhD in Nursing in one of the specified specializations (Mandatory).
- Valid professional nursing registration/licensure preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching and/or professional experience.
- Experience in a recognized university or college is preferred.
- International teaching experience is an advantage.
- Excellent teaching, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Strong research, publication, and academic writing abilities.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to mentor students and work effectively in a multicultural academic environment.
- Salary: SAR 9,000 - 12,000 (Based on qualifications and experience).
