تعلن شركة Mirai (إحدى شركات Scopely) عن حاجتها إلى Director of AI للانضمام إلى فريق القيادة في الرياض، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن قيادة استراتيجية الذكاء الاصطناعي وإدارة الفرق والإنتاج.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على التطوير الشامل لحلول البرمجيات الآلية والمُمكَّنة بالذكاء الاصطناعي لعملاء داخليين وحالات استخدام متنوعة.
  • دعم تصميم وتنفيذ استراتيجية الذكاء الاصطناعي عبر خطوط إنتاج الفريق.
  • ضمان التوافق بين الرؤية المنتجية والجدوى التقنية والأهداف التجارية.
  • التعاون مع الفرق العالمية لدمج أفضل الممارسات والحفاظ على الجودة.
  • ضمان عمليات إنتاج قابلة للتوسع ومرنة باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • تحديد حالات استخدام عالية التأثير للذكاء الاصطناعي عبر التطوير والعمليات وتجربة اللاعبين بالتعاون مع CTO وCEO.
  • دفع اعتماد أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي عبر الفرق المركزية والهندسة وضمان الجودة والتسويق وتطوير الأعمال والتحليلات.
  • ضمان الاستخدام المسؤول للذكاء الاصطناعي والحوكمة والامتثال وإدارة المخاطر والأخلاقيات.
  • بناء وتدريب فرق متعددة التخصصات عالية الأداء تركز على إنشاء حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي ودمجها واعتمادها على نطاق واسع.
  • تطوير المواهب المحلية في الذكاء الاصطناعي والتقنية في المملكة ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، وتنمية القسم إلى مركز تميز عالمي.
  • إنشاء برامج التدريب الداخلي والإرشاد والتدريب.
  • تعزيز ثقافة التعلم والابتكار والشمولية.
  • بناء شراكات مع الاستوديوهات العالمية والأكاديميا ومزودي تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • قيادة مبادرات مجتمعية مثل مسابقات الذكاء الاصطناعي والمشاركة في الفعاليات المحلية.
  • المساهمة في تطوير النظام البيئي للألعاب والذكاء الاصطناعي في المنطقة.
  • المساهمة في الاستراتيجية طويلة المدى والتميز التشغيلي وثقافة استوديو Mirai بشكل عام.
  • تحديد OKRs للقسم وإدارة ميزانياته وضمان نجاحه المستدام.
  • التعاون مع CTO وCEO لمواءمة استراتيجية الذكاء الاصطناعي والإنتاج مع الأهداف التجارية محلياً وعالمياً.
  • دعم اتخاذ القرارات التنفيذية بالبيانات والرؤى.
  • العمل كخبير استوديو لدعم اعتماد حلول وعقلية الذكاء الاصطناعي عبر استوديو Mirai بالكامل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة 15+ سنة في تطوير البرمجيات والأدوار المتعلقة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • خبرة 7+ سنوات في أدوار قيادية عليا أو تنفيذية.
  • سجل مثبت في تقديم برمجيات عالية الجودة ومنتجات مدفوعة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • فهم قوي للذكاء الاصطناعي / التعلم الآلي، إنتاج SaaS، وتصميم الأنظمة.
  • خبرة في بناء وقيادة فرق متعددة الوظائف.
  • مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل.
  • انضباط تشغيلي وتسليمي قوي.
  • (يفضل) خبرة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.
  • (يفضل) خبرة في تنمية ورعاية المواهب الجديدة وبناء فرق عالية الأداء.

Mirai, a Scopely company, is a video game support studio based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focused on building industry-defining interactive entertainment experiences. As part of Savvy Games Group, Mirai is positioned to play a critical role in developing the gaming ecosystem across the MENA region.

Role Summary

Mirai is seeking a product and team focused Director of AI to join the leadership team. This role combines local and global AI strategy, production leadership, and team development. The Director of AI will lead the production roadmap and integration of AI solutions across a variety of Scopely business units and studio operations teams, while building local capability and driving innovation.

Reporting to the CEO, this role is both strategic and hands-on, working closely with Scopely's global GenAI teams, internal and global stakeholders, while leading a local Department consisting of AI Engineers, Project, and Product Managers.

Requirements

AI & Production Leadership

  • Oversee end-to-end development of automation and AI-enable software solutions for a variety of internal clients and use cases
  • Support the design and implement of AI strategy across the team's production pipelines
  • Ensure alignment between product vision, technical feasibility, and business goals
  • Collaborate with global teams to integrate best practices and maintain quality
  • Ensure scalable and agile production processes leveraging AI

Strategic AI Integration

  • Identify high-impact AI use cases across development, operations, and player experience in collaboration with Scopely CTO and Mirai CEO
  • Drive adoption of AI tools across Central Teams, Engineering, QA, Marketing,
  • Business Development, and Analytics
  • Ensure responsible AI usage, governance, compliance, risk management, and ethics

Regional Talent Development

  • Build and mentor high-performing multidisciplinary teams focused on AI solution creation, integration and adoption at scale
  • Develop local AI and technical talent in KSA and MENA, growing the Department to a world-class center of excellence
  • Establish internship, mentorship, and training programmes
  • Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and inclusion

Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth

  • Build partnerships with global studios, academia, and AI technology providers
  • Drive community initiatives including AI jams and participation in local industry events
  • Support development of the regional gaming and AI ecosystem

Mirai Studio Senior Leadership

  • Contribute to long-term strategy, operational excellence, and culture of Mirai Studio at large
  • Define Department OKRs, manage Department budgets, and ensure sustainable, long-term success of the Department
  • Collaborate with Scopley CTO and Mirai CEO to align AI and production strategy with business objectives, locally for Mirai and Globally for Internal Clients
  • Support executive decision-making with data and insights
  • Act as Studio Expert to support adoption of AI solutions and Mindset across the entire Mirai Studio
