المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم استشارات الموظفين والتعامل مع العلاقات الصناعية (People Advisory & Industrial Relations)
- التخطيط والاستحواذ على القوى العاملة التشغيلية (Operational Workforce Planning & Acquisition)
- تخطيط وتنفيذ إدارة التغيير (Change Management Planning & Implementation)
- المشاركة في فريق الاستجابة المحلية لحالات الطوارئ (Local Response Team)
- إدارة انتقال القوى العاملة (Workforce transition)
- قيادة أو تنسيق تنفيذ المشاريع والبرامج الإقليمية محليًا بما يتناسب مع الاحتياجات
- العمل كخبير تقني في الموضوعات المتخصصة والمعقدة، ودعم الإدارة في تحليل وتفسير وتطبيق المعلومات المعقدة للمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف الإدارة والشركة
- دعم أو قيادة المشاريع من خلال تطبيق الخبرة في المجال
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية أو المجالات ذات الصلة
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في أي تخصص

- مهارات الحكم واتخاذ القرار (Judgement & Decision-Making)
- مهارات العرض والتقديم (Presentation Skills)
- مهارات التواصل الكتابي والشفوي (Written & Verbal Communication Skills)

Acts as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). Supports management with the analysis, interpretation and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Supports or leads projects by applying area of expertise
Relevant Experience: Four (4) years of work experience in HR or related fields
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in any discipline
