تُعلن شركة Jobgether بالنيابة عن شريكها عن توفر فرصة قيادية لشغل منصب Head of Finance في السعودية. يشغل هذا الدور الريادي أول متخصص مالي داخلي مسؤول عن بناء الهيكل المالي والرقابة والتخطيط الاستراتيجي لنشاط تجاري رقمي سريع النمو موجه للمستهلكين. ستعمل مباشرة مع الإدارة التنفيذية لتوجيه القرارات المتعلقة بالنمو والربحية وأولويات الاستثمار.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة النمذجة المالية والتوقعات والتخطيط الاستراتيجي بما في ذلك توقعات النمو، ونمذجة السيناريوهات، وتخطيط الموظفين، وإدارة التدفق النقدي.
- إدارة عمليات إعداد الميزانيات وضمان وضوح الرؤية للقيادة بشأن المفاضلات المالية والمخاطر ومحركات الأداء.
- الحفاظ على نماذج مالية جاهزة للمستثمرين وهياكل تقارير ومواد لمجلس الإدارة لدعم جمع التمويل والنقاشات الاستراتيجية.

- تطوير أطر التخطيط للطوارئ والسيناريوهات البديلة (خطة ب/ج) لدعم مرونة الأعمال في ظروف السوق المتغيرة.
- العمل كمصدر الحقيقة المالي للمؤسسة من خلال توحيد وتوحيد البيانات المالية وأنظمة التقارير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 5 إلى 10+ سنوات في المالية أو FP&A أو المحاسبة أو الأدوار المالية التشغيلية، ويفضل في بيئات النمو السريع أو الشركات الناشئة.
- خبرة قوية في النمذجة المالية والتوقعات وإعداد الميزانيات والتخطيط المالي الاستراتيجي.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة العمليات المالية كثيفة المخزون أو القائمة على المنتجات.
- إتقان متقدم في Excel/Google Sheets وخبرة مع أنظمة ERP/محاسبية مثل NetSuite أو QuickBooks أو Sage.

Accountabilities
- Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning, including growth projections, scenario modeling, headcount planning, and cash flow management.
- Own budgeting processes and ensure leadership has clear visibility into financial tradeoffs, risks, and performance drivers.
- Maintain investor-ready financial models, reporting structures, and board materials to support fundraising and strategic discussions.
- Oversee inventory accounting, cost controls, and reconciliation processes across revenue, expenses, cash flow, and COGS.
- Strengthen financial visibility into profitability, margins, and unit economics while ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Establish robust financial controls, audit-ready processes, and reliable month-end close procedures in compliance with accounting standards.
- Partner cross-functionally with department leaders to align budgets, monitor spend, and improve financial decision-making.
- Develop contingency and scenario planning frameworks (“Plan B / Plan C”) to support business resilience in changing market conditions.
- Serve as the organization’s financial “source of truth,” consolidating and standardizing financial data and reporting systems.
- 5-10+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or operational finance roles, ideally in high-growth or startup environments.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
- Proven experience managing inventory-heavy or product-based financial operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Sage.
- Strong accounting foundation, with CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Ability to balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on financial execution.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to improve processes, not just outputs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and influence executive decisions constructively.
- Experience in e-commerce, collectibles, or other inventory-driven industries is a plus.
