Responsible for managing and executing all customs clearance activities for imports and exports, ensuring full compliance with local regulations while minimizing delays, penalties, and additional costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review all shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin).
• Coordinate with government authorities (Customs, SFDA, Ports, etc.).
• Manage end-to-end clearance process from shipment arrival until final release.
• Ensure correct HS code classification for all shipments.
• Validate customs duties, taxes, and related charges.
• Liaise with customs brokers and clearance agents.
• Handle shipment issues such as inspections, holds, and delays.
• Monitor critical shipments and reduce clearance lead time.
• Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and company policies.
• Provide periodic reports on clearance performance (cost, lead time, issues).

Key Requirements:

• +4 years of experience in customs clearance, Export & Import.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, SFDA and systems (e.g., FASAH, SABER in KSA).
• Good understanding of Incoterms.
• Experience dealing with government entities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
