نبذة عن الوظيفة
العمليات هي قلب وروح كل ما تقوم به أمازون. بفضل العمليات الفعالة يتم تجهيز وشحن الطلبات إلى عملائنا في الوقت المحدد. كونك قائد/مشرف عمليات يمنحك فرصة رؤية كيفية عمل جميع الأجزاء المختلفة من العمليات والمساهمة في ضمان سير كل شيء بسلاسة. ستكون نقطة الاتصال الأولى لأعضاء الفريق أثناء نوبات العمل ومساعدتهم على اتباع العمليات التي وضعها المدراء. هذا دور عملي يمنحك خبرة في استخدام الأدوات والأنظمة التي تجعل عملياتنا ناجحة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قياس ومراقبة سير العمل، وتتبع الأداء في الموقع، وتقديم معلومات مهمة عن النوبة لإدارة الخطوط الأمامية لضمان التميز التشغيلي عبر جميع النوبات
- دعم وتدريب الموظفين لتقديم خدمة ممتازة والإشراف عليهم في مهامهم اليومية
- دعم مدير النوبة / المنطقة في المشاريع الهادفة إلى تحسين العمليات، وتعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة، وزيادة مشاركة القوى العاملة
- التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لإيجاد حلول للمشكلات الشائعة أو دعم الاحتياجات في مجالات الأداء الرئيسية
- استخدام تحليل البيانات لتحديد طرق تحسين السلامة والجودة والإنتاجية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- القدرة على العمل بجدول زمني مرن / نوبات / مناطق عمل، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والليالي والعطلات الرسمية
- خبرة في مهارات التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا)
- خبرة في حل المشكلات وتحليل البيانات
- خبرة في العمل مع مجموعة Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) في بيئة مهنية
- يفضل: خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مراقبة أرضية Amnesty Floor في أمازون
- يفضل: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة
- يفضل: خبرة في إدارة العمليات

Operations is the heart and soul of everything Amazon does. It is thanks to effective operations that items are processed and dispatched to our customers on time. Being an Operations Lead/Supervisor gives you the chance to see how all the different parts of operations work and play a role in making sure everything runs smoothly.
You’ll be the first point of contact for team members during their shift and help them follow the processes that your managers have put in place. This is a hands-on role, which will give you experience in using the tools and systems that make our operations successful.
Key job responsibilities
Measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance, and provide important shift information to frontline management to ensure operational excellence across shifts
Support and train employees to deliver great service and supervise them in their daily tasks
Support the Shift/Area Manager with projects to improve processes, cultivate a safe working environment, and increase workforce engagement
Work with other departments to find solutions to address common issues or support needs in areas of key performance
Use data analysis to identify ways to optimise safety, quality and productivity

Basic Qualifications
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in problem solving and data analytics
- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- 1+ years of Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring experience
- 3+ years of stakeholder management experience
- Experience in operations management
- Upper intermediate proficiency in English
