Role Description The MarTech Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing technology solutions that support TestCrew’s digital growth and demand generation objectives. This full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region includes managing marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, analytics tools, and campaign tracking to ensure accurate data flow and performance measurement. The specialist will collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams to design workflows, segment audiences, execute multichannel campaigns, and maintain clean, reliable marketing data. Daily activities include configuring and testing MarTech tools, creating dashboards and reports, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with vendors, and recommending improvements to enhance lead management, conversion, and customer engagement. The role also involves staying current with MarTech trends, documenting processes and best practices, and supporting the alignment of marketing technology with overall business and Quality Engineering objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess experience with core MarTech platforms, such as marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar), CRM systems, and campaign management solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in data analytics and reporting, including building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and interpreting funnel and attribution data to support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in digital marketing operations, including audience segmentation, email and landing page setup, lead scoring, and nurturing workflows.
• Candidates should possess technical aptitude in integrations and configuration, such as API-based connections, tag management, tracking pixels, and basic troubleshooting across tools.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and engineering stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
