تعلن شركة Radiometer، إحدى شركات Danaher المتخصصة في التشخيص الطبي، عن وظيفة مهندس خدمة ميدانية (Field Service Engineer) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق دعم العملاء لضمان التميز في الخدمة عبر تركيب وصيانة أجهزة التحليل الخاصة بالشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية، واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها، وتركيب أجهزة التحليل في المواقع المخصصة.
- الحفاظ على أدوات ومعدات الاختبار وضمان معايرتها بشكل صحيح.
- إكمال مذكرات الإجراءات التنظيمية الميدانية والتحديثات الفنية ضمن المواعيد النهائية المحددة، والامتثال لجميع المتطلبات التنظيمية.
- تركيب أجهزة التحليل وتدريب المستخدمين من العملاء حسب الحاجة.
- إدارة دورة قطع الغيار من خلال تسجيل القطع المستخدمة بدقة في مهام الخدمة.
- الامتثال للوائح الشركة والسياسات ومتطلبات الامتثال.
- ترقية أنظمة التشغيل وضمان الامتثال للأمن السيبراني للأجهزة.
- استكشاف مشكلات تكنولوجيا المعلومات الأساسية للأجهزة التي تعمل بأنظمة Windows 7/10/11.
- إضافة/تعديل عناوين IP على الأجهزة والتأكد من الاتصال بالبرامج الوسيطة أو LIS/HIS/EMR.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة جامعية في الهندسة الطبية الحيوية، أو الهندسة الميكانيكية/الكهربائية، أو الهندسة الإلكترونية، أو مؤهل معادل.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات كمهندس خدمة ميدانية في قطاع الرعاية الصحية، مع التركيز على الأجهزة الطبية وأجهزة نقاط الرعاية (POC) ومعدات التشخيص.
- خبرة متقدمة في استكشاف الأعطال، وإعداد الشبكات/الربط، وترقية أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وأوامر الطرفية الأساسية (command prompts)، واختبار ربط الأجهزة مع البرامج الوسيطة أو LIS/HIS/EMR.
- مهارات تحليلية وشخصية وتواصلية ممتازة مع القدرة على شرح المشكلات الفنية المعقدة بطريقة سهلة الفهم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في العمل مع قواعد بيانات SQL، Java، Mirth.
- يفضل خبرة في استخدام أدوات Microsoft Office وأنظمة CRM.

The Field Service Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for ensuring Customer Excellence through troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and service repair needs on Radiometer analyzers. The FSE is an external representative of Radiometer and must convey a keen sense of expertise in Radiometer products, services and capabilities and serve as a key educator to our customer business accounts.
This position is part of the Customer Support function located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Advanced troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and servicing of analyzers for the assigned installed base. Maintain tools and test equipment to ensure they are properly calibrated.
- Complete assigned Regulatory Field Action Notes and Technical updates within the specified due dates and meet all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Install our analyzers and conduct customer user training as required.
- Order and manage spare parts cycle time by accurately recording spare parts used on service jobs.
- Comply with company regulations, guidelines, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Upgrading Operating system and keeping devices cybersecurity compliant
- Basic IT troubleshooting for devices with Windows 7/10/11
- Adding/editing IP addresses on the devices and confirming connection to Middleware or LIS\HIS\EMR
- University graduation in biomedical engineering, mechanical/electromechanical engineering, electronic engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a field service engineer in healthcare industry in Medical & POC devices/Diagnostic equipment, expert in troubleshooting, Networking/connectivity setup and IT system upgrades, basic command prompts command, connectivity testing of devices with middleware or LIS\HIS\EMR.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Working with SQL database, Java, Mirth.
- Working with Microsoft Office Tools & CRM.
