المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم فرق المشاريع في التخطيط والتنفيذ ومراقبة أنشطة البناء.
- مراجعة الرسومات الفنية والمساعدة في الإشراف الميداني.
- إعداد وثائق المشروع والتقارير.
- التعاون مع المهندسين الكبار ومديري المشاريع.
- جمع وتحليل البيانات من الميدان وضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة.
- المشاركة في التدريب أثناء العمل والمساهمة في حل المشكلات وتحسين العمليات.
- العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لدعم تسليم المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة من مؤسسة معتمدة.
- الاستعداد للعمل في الموقع في منطقة الرياض والتكيف مع بيئات المشاريع الديناميكية.
- المشاركة بنشاط في التدريب أثناء العمل وبرامج التطوير.
- خبرة سابقة في التدريب أو المشاريع في مجال البناء أو الهندسة تعتبر ميزة.
- معرفة باللوائح والمعايير المحلية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، ومعرفة اللغة العربية تعتبر مفيدة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- أساسيات تقنية قوية بما في ذلك فهم مبادئ الهندسة وطرق البناء والقدرة على تفسير الرسومات والمواصفات.
- إتقان استخدام أدوات الهندسة والإنتاجية مثل MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) وأساسيات CAD أو برامج النمذجة وأدوات تحليل البيانات.
- مهارات تواصل وتعاون فعالة، بما في ذلك القدرة على العمل في فرق متنوعة وإعداد تقارير واضحة والتفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة في الموقع.
- قدرات تحليلية وحل مشكلات سليمة مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالسلامة والجودة والتحسين المستمر.

Role Description The Graduate Engineer role at SHAR Company is a full-time, on-site position based in the Riyadh Region. Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.

- Show proficiency with engineering and productivity tools such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), basic CAD or modeling software, and data analysis tools.
- Exhibit effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work in diverse teams, prepare clear reports, and engage with stakeholders on-site.
- Display sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Riyadh Region, adapt to dynamic project environments, and participate actively in on-the-job training and development programs.
- Prior internship or project experience in construction or engineering environments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia and proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
