Accountabilities
- Supervise day-to-day property management operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, collections, and administrative activities across a remote team.
- Ensure timely response to rental inquiries and oversee the full leasing lifecycle from lead intake to applications, approvals, and move-ins.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as occupancy rates, lead conversion, delinquency, and rental collections performance.
- Oversee the posting and management of rental listings across platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, and other relevant channels.
- Review and validate guest cards, applications, collections reports, and vacancy reports to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution through effective follow-up and vendor coordination.
- Lead, coach, and manage virtual team members, providing daily performance guidance and accountability to ensure targets are met.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance occupancy rates, collections, and overall tenant satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary operational bridge between frontline teams and upper management, ensuring clear communication and execution alignment.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential, multifamily, or apartment property management.
- Proven experience supervising leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, collections teams, and administrative staff.
- Strong knowledge of core property management functions including leasing, rent collection, renewals, notices, delinquency management, and occupancy optimization.
- Experience managing remote or virtual teams in a structured operational environment.
