نبذة عن الوظيفة
ريادة الأعمال الجوية، طيران الرياض (Riyadh Air) هي شركة الطيران الوطنية الجديدة التي تتخذ من العاصمة السعودية مقراً لها، وتسعى لقيادة صناعة الطيران وتحويل المملكة إلى مركز عالمي للطيران والتجارة. بصفتك فرداً من طاقم الضيافة الجوية، ستكون سفيراً للمملكة في كل رحلة، مجسداً الدقة والهدف ودفء الضيافة السعودية الأصيلة من خلال حفاوة (Hafawa).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تمثيل المملكة العربية السعودية بكل فخر واعتزاز في كل رحلة جوية
- تقديم ضيافة سعودية أصيلة بحفاوة (Hafawa) تعكس الكرم والاتصال الإنساني
- ضمان سلامة وراحة الضيوف طوال الرحلة مع الحفاظ على أعلى معايير الخدمة
- خلق لحظات رعاية تتجاوز مجرد السفر لتجعل كل تجربة لا تُنسى
- العمل بمرونة ضمن جداول متغيرة توازن بين المغامرات العالمية والوقت الشخصي
الشروط والمتطلبات
- العمر: 21 سنة فما فوق
- المؤهل العلمي: شهادة ثانوية عامة أو أعلى
- الخبرة: سنة واحدة على الأقل في مجال الضيافة أو خدمة العملاء
- الطول: 160 سم كحد أدنى مع مدى ذراع يبلغ 212 سم
- اللغة: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة (شرط أساسي)، مع الترحيب بالمهارات الإضافية في أي لغة أخرى
- السباحة: يجيد السباحة وقادر على استخدام أدوات الطفو
- المظهر المهني: لا يُسمح بالوشوم أو الثقوب الظاهرة أثناء ارتداء الزي الرسمي
- الإقامة: استيفاء متطلبات تأشيرة العمل السعودية والاستعداد للانتقال إلى الرياض

- مهارات تواصل فطرية وشغف بتقديم خدمة متميزة مع الحفاظ على سلامة الضيوف

What we're looking for:
✔ Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years old to join our crew.
✔ Education: A high school certificate or higher is required .
✔ Customer service experience: At least one year in hospitality or a customer-facing role.
✔ Height & Reach: At least 160 cm tall with an arm reach of 212 cm.
✔ Language: Fluent English is essential , and welcome skills in all other languages .
✔ Swimming skills: You must be a confident swimmer and able to use flotation devices.
✔ Professional appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings in uniform .
✔ Visa & relocation: You must meet Saudi employment visa requirements and be open to relocating to Riyadh, your new home.
