Technical Trainer-Pipefitting

Location-Damman Saudi Arabia

We are currently seeking a Technical Trainer - Pipefitting for a prominent technical training project in Saudi Arabia. This is for one of our esteemed clients in Saudi Arabia.

Key Requirements:

• Technical/Engineering Diploma in Pipefitting, Mechanical, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in the Oil & Gas or EPC sector.

• At least 3 years of training experience as a Pipefitting Trainer/Instructor.

• Experience with technical or vocational training institutes is preferred.

• Strong English communication and mentoring skills are essential.

• GCC experience is an advantage.

• Competency-based assessment experience (e.g., NVQ) is desirable.

• Assessor/Internal Verifier qualifications such as A1, V1, D32, or D33 will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and workshop-based pipefitting training.

• Conduct practical demonstrations and competency assessments.

• Train trainees on tools, equipment usage, and workshop safety procedures.

• Prepare training materials, assessments, and maintain training records.

• Support curriculum development initiatives.

Contract & Benefits:

One-year renewable contract.

Monthly gross salary:

SAR 8000 to 12000 (inclusive of housing and food allowances).

• Joining and return air tickets provided by the company.

• Transportation will be arranged separately.

• Candidates will be responsible for certificate attestation and medical examination costs in their home country.
