نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يُعزز مدير حسابات القنوات إيرادات المبيعات من خلال بناء علاقات متينة مع الشركاء في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- يتعاون مع الشركاء في وضع خطط التسويق والتدريب وتلبية احتياجاتهم، ويساهم في دفع عجلة النمو من خلال برامج القنوات مع الحفاظ على رضا العملاء.
- فريق مبيعات Zoom هو قوة دافعة لنجاح الشركة، ويتفاعل بحماس مع العملاء حول العالم عبر شراكات استراتيجية ونهج يركز على العميل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- بناء علاقات مع الشركاء في السعودية لتعزيز إيرادات المبيعات.
- التعاون مع الشركاء في خطط التسويق والتدريب وتحليل الاحتياجات.
- قيادة النمو عبر برامج القنوات وتحقيق التوافق مع الأهداف مع ضمان رضا العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في إدارة الشراكات في مجال الاتصالات الموحدة/الحوسبة السحابية/الهاتف.
- القدرة على تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لبرامج الشركاء وتمكين المبيعات.
- خبرة في التعامل مع موزعي برامج SaaS في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- فهم عميق لمنظومة الشركاء.
- خبرة في التعاون مع التحالفات الداعمة لمنظومة Zoom مثل Poly وDten وNEAT وOracle وRibbon وJabra وVerint.
- هذه الوظيفة متاحة للمواطنين السعوديين فقط، وفقاً للوائح التوظيف المحلية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة للتعاون بفعالية مع الشركاء وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.

What We’re Looking For
- Have 5-7 years experience in managing partnerships in Unified Communications/ Cloud /Telephony space.
- Be able to develop and execute sales strategies for Partner programs & sales enablement
- Experience with SaaS Resellers in Saudi Arabia
- Have a deep understanding of the Partner ecosystem
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Be proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth with Channel partners
- Have collaborated with the Alliances that drive the Zoom ecosystem. i.e Poly, Dten, NEAT, Oracle, Ribbon,Jabra, Verint.
- This position is open to Saudi nationals in alignment with local employment regulations.
