تعلن شركة Packers Plus Energy Svc (الدمام، السعودية) عن توفر وظيفة Desktop Analyst. يركز هذا الدور على المشاركة في مجموعة واسعة من المهام التحليلية والتقنية لتشخيص المشاكل، توثيق الحلول، تنفيذ، إدارة، دعم وصيانة الأجهزة والبرامج والشبكات في بيئة تقنية معلومات سطح المكتب. يعمل المحلل كحلقة وصل رئيسية لخدمة العملاء الداخليين ضمن فريق عالمي لتقنية المعلومات، ويقدم تقاريره إلى مدير تقنية المعلومات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توثيق أعراض المشكلة بشكل كامل والتقاط جميع المعلومات ذات الصلة بالنظام والتطبيق ضمن نظام تتبع المكالمات الداخلي.
- حل معظم المشاكل والأسئلة بشكل مستقل، والاستعانة بالأعضاء الأقدم أو فرق التطوير في الحالات غير المعتادة أو الصعبة.
- التعرف على المشاكل التي تؤثر على عدة مستخدمين نهائيين والتنسيق مع أقسام تقنية المعلومات الأخرى لتحديد الأولويات والحل السريع.
- تقديم الدعم خارج أوقات العمل عند الحاجة.
- تقديم الدعم الفني للتطبيقات والبرامج والأجهزة المكتبية والملحقات والطابعات على جانب العميل.
- تقديم الدعم الفني للأجهزة والبرامج التقنية الخاصة بالتصنيع.
- توثيق معلومات الموقع المحددة وإجراءات تثبيت برامج النظام.
- الحفاظ على معلومات دقيقة للأصول البرمجية والأجهزة.
- إدارة نشر الأجهزة المحمولة والأجهزة ذات الصلة.
- إدارة تسجيل وإدارة أجهزة MDM بما في ذلك الهواتف المحمولة والماسحات الضوئية.
- العمل مع مدير تقنية المعلومات في المشاريع الموكلة.
- ترقية أو استبدال مكونات النظام والبرامج بالتنسيق مع مدير تقنية المعلومات.
- المحافظة على معايير البرامج والأجهزة.
- السعي لتحسين بيئة التشغيل في الشركة.
- حل تذاكر مكتب المساعدة بمستوى عالٍ من التفاصيل ضمن أهداف مستوى الخدمة المحددة (SLOs).
- السعي المستمر لتحسين المهارات التقنية والبحث الدائم في اتجاهات تقنية المعلومات.
- مساعدة فرق الدعم التقني الخارجية عالمياً من خلال تقديم التوجيه والتعليمات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة متقدمة في Active Directory Windows وإدارة حسابات المستخدمين.
- معرفة متقدمة بنظام Microsoft Windows 11 و Office 365.
- مهارات متقدمة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها التقني.
- معرفة متقدمة بأنظمة تشغيل iOS و Android.
- قدرة ورغبة متقدمة في البحث وتعلم التقنيات الجديدة عند إدخالها للبيئة.
- معرفة أساسية ببيئات الشبكات ومفاهيم مثل TCP/IP و DHCP و DNS و VPN.
- معرفة أساسية بأنظمة تشغيل الخوادم وأدواتها ومرافقها ونسخ احتياطي واستعادة بيانات الخادم.
- معرفة متقدمة بالتحليل التقني وتنفيذ وتكوين وترقية أجهزة الكمبيوتر والبرامج والملحقات.
- فهم متوسط لممارسات أمن المعلومات وتوفير الوصول.
- مهارات إدارية متوسطة في Office 365/Azure AD.
- مهارات إدارية متوسطة في SCCM.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية والقدرة على إدارة عبء عمل متغير باستمرار.
- مهارات ممتازة في اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- سفر محدود (2-5% سنوياً).
- درجة جامعية في تقنية المعلومات (يفضل).
- شهادة ITIL Foundations (مرغوبة).
- شهادات تقنية (تُعتبر).

A Packers Desktop Analyst will collaborate as a member of a global IT Team, supporting a broad range of software, hardware, and windows operating system platforms. Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Fully document problem symptoms and capture all relevant system and application information within the company call tracking system
- Independently resolve most problems/questions that arise, and consult with senior team members or other I/S development staff on unusual or difficult problems
- Recognize problem issues that affect multiple end users and work with other I/S departments to prioritize and solve quickly
- Provide after-hours support as needed
- Provides technical support on client-side applications, software, desktop hardware, peripherals, and printers
- Provides technical support for manufacturing related IT hardware and software
- Documents site specific information and system software installation procedures.
- Maintains accurate software and hardware asset information
- Manages mobile device deployment and related hardware
- Manages enrolment and administration of MDM devices, including company mobile phones and scanners
- Works with the IT Manager on assigned projects
- Upgrades or replaces system software and components in conjunction with the IT Manager
- Maintains Software and Hardware standards
- Looks to improve the operating environment at Packers Plus
- Resolves Helpdesk tickets with a prominent level of detail and within defined Service Level Objectives (SLO’s)
- Constantly seek to improve technical skills and continuously research Information Technology trends
- Assists third party IT Support groups globally with assigned work by providing guidance and instruction
Experience and Skills
- Advanced Windows Active Directory experience and user account management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365
- Advanced technical troubleshooting skills
- Advanced knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems
- Advanced ability and willingness to research and learn new technologies as they are introduced to the environment
- Basic knowledge of network environments and concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN
- Basic knowledge of server operating systems, server tools and utilities, and server data backup and restore
- Advanced knowledge of technical analysis, implementation, configuration, and upgrading of computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Intermediate understanding of Information Security practices and access provisioning
- Intermediate Office 365/Azure AD administrative skills
- Intermediate SCCM administrative skills
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage a constantly changing workload
- Excellent oral and written English language skills
- Minimal travel time required, 2 - 5% for the entire year
- Post-Secondary Degree in Information Technology preferred
- ITIL Foundations desirable
